Newly built with tropical garden 300m² and residence pool at 20m. Romantic traditional creole architecture, with typical Dominican furnishings in wicker and rattan.

In this Pristine nature and crystal sea water you will be won over by the friendliness of the locals (and many regular tourists who always return for their holidays) by the colours of artisan shops, the picturesque market of tropical fruits & fish and by the lively night life of Las Terrenas (the centre of night life 'pueblo de los pescadores' is just 5 min walk from the villa).

Several excursions: El Limon water falls, Los Haitises National Park, the Islas of las Ballenas, etc...

The Villa has been newly built with 3 bedrooms all with air conditioning and television (2 rooms with queen bed and 1 with 2 twin bed), veranda, tropical garden 300m², living room, kitchen/dining room, 2 bathrooms with bath and shower, swimming pool at 20m. It has a romantic traditional Creole architecture, with typical Dominican furnishings in wicker and rattan. It delivers all the comforts: all rooms have air conditioning and satellite television SKY, American barbecue in the garden, washing machine, cloth dryer, blender, mixer, coffee machine, etc..

La Maracuja, une villa qui fait rêver!

Mon épouse et moi revenons d’un séjour de plus de trois mois à la villa Maracuja. Nous en rapportons de merveilleux souvenirs. La villa, entourée de verdure, est spacieuse, le jardin invitant, le décor intérieur super agréable et la cuisine très bien équipée. Le propriétaire Leonardo s’est assuré de notre confort et de notre tranquillité d’esprit en communiquant régulièrement et, avant même notre arrivée, nous a mis en contact avec l’agence Home Gestion. Vanessa et Samuel ont toujours répondu de façon efficace et ponctuelle à toute situation ou question. La villa, à cinq minutes de marche de la route principale près de la plage, est à l’écart du bruit de la circulation. Rien de mieux qu’une marche matinale de deux km à l’une ou l’autre des deux principales épiceries, le Super Pola ou le Lindo. En plus, il est agréable d’aller à pied aux boutiques, restaurants, marchés de fruits et légumes et de poisson environnants. À moins de vouloir voyager dans la région, la voiture est nullement nécessaire. Le transport par taxi est pratique et économique. Somme toute, notre séjour à la villa Maracuja a été formidable. La Maracuja, décidément une villa charmante et élégante pour long ou court séjour à Las Terrenas!

A fabulous stay

C'est avec un certain retard mais nous tenons quand même á donner notre avis sur notre fabuleux séjour passé dans la villa Maracuja à Las Terrenas.

Nous sommes restés 2 mois de novembre 2016 á janvier 2017 avec nos enfants. Leonardo et son staff ( Junior, Rosa et Olga) ont été d' une attention précieuse. 3 chambres spatieuses, 2 salles de bain. Une cuisine, un salon et un jardin énorme, un bbq et tout cela dans la plus grande des sécurités ( triples serrures, détecteurs de mouvement, un système d'alarme et un gardien).

La maison est super bien tenue et á la moindre question, nous avons été pris en charge.

Pour terminer nous remercions très chaleureusement Vanessa et Arnaud de l'agence immobilière HG home gestion. Ce sont simplement les meilleurs á Las Terrenas. Des gens vrais et acceuillant qui maitrisent leur sujet et toujours d'un bon conseil.

Happy days in Villa Maracuja, las Terrenas

The house is well situated near to the beach and town center. We did not need a car and we enjoyed riding the bike. The villa is clean, well maintained and fully equiped. We enjoyd sitting on the veranda and were lucky to have a bbq available. The swimming pool on the property is a real treat. Las terranes is a friendly, easy going small town. The beaches are marvellous.

Splendida villa in un meraviglioso contesto....a due passi dal mare e con tutti i confort.....non manca nulla, abbiamo passato una bellissima vacanza. grazie al proprietario Leonardo e ad Arnaud grande villa manager lo chiamavi e in un attimo era lì da te per qualsiasi cosa....da ritornarci sicuramente..... Excellent, very nice place.

We had a family reunion at Villa Maracuja for two weeks. It worked really well, very nice, well equipped, comfortable villa. Very nice, big and private backyard so the kids could also play outside safely. The kids' bedroom was great, nice big beds, comfortable. The beach is a 5-7 min walk, which is fine. Las Terranes was a bit of a surprise to us, but then we never been to the Dominikan before. I also recommend flying into Santo Domingo or Samana, because we flew into Punta Cana and that was a 5-6 hr drive from Las Terrenas. Not fun with 3 kids in the back. Renting a car in the Dominican is also a bit expensive, there are tolls on the highways, gas a more expensive, and roads are slower than we are used to. But, as I said, the Villa was an excellent place to hang out even for two weeks. Thank you Leonardo!

Las Terrenas is the second city of the peninsula of Samana, the Dominican Republic tropical gem for residential tourists who want to immerse themselves in the true Dominican culture and life and be distinguished from classic mass tourism of the big hotel complexes.

The peninsula of Samana is a rare tropical paradise by the well-preserved natural point of view thanks to the protection of the Dominican government.

White sandy beaches as soft as flour, a lush tropical forest and almost inaccessible, suitable for underwater diving and snorkelling, caves and islets of the National Park of Los Haitises and… last but not least… the mating the whales of the Atlantic, half of which is right here each year to breed.

Las Terrenas placing on the Atlantic side of the peninsula has a particularly clear waters and a climate well-ventilated thanks to continuous ocean currents and is also one of the few places in the Dominican Republic where you can also admire a magnificent coral reef.
