The unit is approximately 1100 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living room and gulf-side master bedroom. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with a washer and dryer. There are 3 full baths with either a tub/shower combo or a stand-alone shower. The gulf-side master bathroom is accessed via the bedroom and hallway. The street-side bedroom has an attached bathroom with a stand-up shower. King, queen, sofa sleeper. Sleeps 6

Surf Side Shores I and II are 9-story buildings with 6 units per floor located 1 mile West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Surf Side Shores has two beachside pools, one of which is an extended-season pool. The property also has a grilling area that services both buildings I and II. 2 car limit. Stays longer than 30 days must purchase parking pass(s) for every month.

Surfside shores yay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great. The one possible change I would suggest is to have keyless entry--the code on the door is so much easier than having to remember to take the keys each time we head to the beach-- well be back to GS nest year

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful view of the gulf. The living room furniture needs to be replaced. It was very uncomfortable. There were not enough forks , only three. The three TVs all had bad reception after they warmed up a little bit, they would get wavy lines in the middle.
