On the outskirts of the fourteenth-century Gazzane di Roe 'Volciano hamlet, just 2.5 km from the splendid town of Salo, in an oasis of peace, surrounded by the green of the Prealps and the Alto Garda Bresciano Park, Corte dedi Cipressi Apartments offers four solutions diversified and adjacent for a special holiday for both a family and groups of even three or four families.
The solution shown here includes an independent two-story detached house. On the ground floor a kitchen with table and chairs, a large living room with a double sofa bed and a dining area with a table for 8 people, a bathroom. Upstairs three bedrooms, one double, one with three single beds and one with two beds, all with terrace, a bathroom with Jacuzzi and shower. Large garden with dining and relaxation area, barbeque. Garage for two cars, laundry and relaxation area with exercise equipment. The house is newly built (2006) renovated and furnished (including mattresses and pillows) in the first weeks of 2016.

Linen supplied:
sheets, blankets and duvets, towels, tablecloths and kitchen towels.

Within walking distance are: bakery, butcher, greengrocer, supermarket, brico, bank, hairdresser, ice cream parlor, post office, bar, church, library and playground.

Along the wine and flavors road that crosses the Valtenesi you can find wineries and oil mills open to the public where you can buy oil and wine of local production.
The landscape offers glimpses of extraordinary beauty: olive groves, vineyards, cultivated fields, small woods, ponds frame the enchanting panorama of Lake Garda.

Valle Sabbia instead can be a natural refuge in the summer heat with its green woods and the possibility of long walks immersed in nature.

The apartment is ideally positioned for excursions and bike rides, in a quiet and residential setting. The Garda Lake, Hydro, Ledro and the Valvestino dam, hiking in the nearby mountains, visits to the Valley of the paper mills, the Baths of Vallio, the Lucone excavations at the Roman Villa of Toscolano are all cylinder by half a day.

Also easily accessible highways and railway stations, making the Court complex Cypress ideal for either a permanent holiday or a vacation to discover the territory.
Thanks to its location in fact, you can easily reach beautiful cities such as Verona, Venice, Padua, Mantua and Bergamo with its striking Upper Town, numerous archaeological sites, renowned spas, theme parks and botanical gardens.

A short distance trails for trekking, Nordic walking, mountain biking and horseback riding. For golfers the Garda Golf Country Club in Soiano del Lago features a 27-hole putting green where you can spend the day.

Überteuerte Ferienwohnung
Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war mittelmäßig. Die Wohnung ist mit 3 Schlafzimmern und Schlafcouch ausgestattet und bietet Platz für viele Personen. Lage: Im Ort gibt es wirklich super Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine Pizzeria in Laufreichweite. Die Wohnanlage ist nicht so weitläufig, wie sie auf dem Bildern aussieht. Die Nachbarn sind alle nett und es ist sehr ruhig in der Anlage. Wirklich nervig war das jeden Abend auf den umliegenden Grundstücken mit einer Motorsense gearbeitet wurde. Außerdem wurde sonntags um 10 Uhr die Rasenfläche in der Anlage gemäht. Für die maximal 50qm rasen wurde eine Stunde mit Rasenmäher und Motorsense gemäht. Gemütlich draußen frühstücken war daher nicht möglich. Ankunft: Die Kommunikation bezüglich des Check ins lief reibungslos. Der Vermieter hat alle wichtigen Informationen vorab per PDF zugesandt. Leider war der Pool bei der Ankunft stark verschmutzt und musste vor der Benutzung zuerst von uns gereinigt werden. Unterkunft / Ausstattung: mit ein wenig mehr Arbeit hätte die Wohnung in einem Superzustand sein können: in einem der Schlafzimmer war eine Wand alles andere als ansehnlich. Diese war voller Flecken und Ausbesserungsstellen. Im Obergeschoss haben alle Türklinken derart laut gequietscht, dass man Sorgen hatte, nachts jemanden zu wecken, wenn man das Zimmer verlässt. Folgendes fehlte: - Rauchmelder, CO2 Warnmelder - Daybed - Dekoration - Weingläser Außerdem musste man erstmal durchwischen.

Geräumiges Haus in guter Lage
Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und groß. Auch die Tiefgarage ist super, so bleibt das Auto immer schön kühl. Man erreicht Salo sehr schnell und auch Ausflüge zur Ostküste oder Verona sind gut machbar. Wir können das Haus weiterempfehlen. Einziger Kritikpunkt war für uns die nächtliche Lautstärke in der Nachbarschaft, weswegen wir nachts immer die Fenster geschlossen hatten. Es wurden bis spät laute Gespräche geführt und es war sehr viel Hundegebell. Das mag aber von den jeweiligen Mietern abhängig sein.
