This 4 bed, 21/2 bath villa is one of only a handful of villa’s commercially available for rent to private owners that is in Calete Town. Car hire is not necessary so you can save money.

The plot size is 600m2 and the floor area is 160m2. It stands elevated and is not overlooked. It is totally secluded. The roof terrace has uninterrupted views of the ocean & Calete Harbour. Swimming Pool.

This is a large 10 x 4 metre pool. It has a fantastic water slide for hours of fun!
There is a removable child safety fence, if you desire. There is heating in winter (local charge applies). There is a solar blanket. Water quality is maintained by a high-tech system that does not use harsh chemicals (child skin and hair friendly).

There is a shaded child 'grass' play area with play house, football table, sand pit etc. There is 42 inch UKTV (SKY sports, BT sports, sky movies, movies on demand, BBC, ITV, C4) and High Speed Fibre WiFi (Internet). There is a separate TV with PS4 in bedroom 3.

Sleeping is a king bed, Double bed, 2 singles, and 2 singles.

Perfect

Anyone looking for a holiday villa in the area will not be disappointed with Villa Fin. It was clean, spacious and had good amenities.....the pool with slide was great fun for both adults and kids alike. Further to this, the owner of the property answered all our questions prior to flying out and the local Property Manager was extremely helpful. We had an amazing time staying here and would defiantly rebook if returning to Caleta de Fuste.

Toller Pool, super Spielecke, Ausstattung und Lage könnte besser sein

Insgesamt können wir das Haus weiterempfehlen, empfinden es nur als sehr teuer, für das was man bekommt. Bei diesen Preisen sollte alles tiptop sein. Deshalb müsste dringend einmal das Küchenequipment erneuert werden, hier ist vieles kaputt oder bspw ein Weinglas nicht mal vorhanden. Eine Schranktür ist komplett rausgebrochen und fällt einem entgegen. Dies sollte unbedingt renoviert werden. Sind aber alles Dinge mit denen man sich arrangieren kann. Neue Matratzen in den Betten wären sicher auch mal eine Idee. Leider hat uns die Lage bzw. der Ort Caleta de Fuste nicht überzeugt. Der Strand selbst ist wunderschön, der dazugehörige Ort kann aber gar nichts. Es sieht alles sehr alt und stillstehend aus, keine ansprechenden Geschäfte. Positiv ist im Haus die Kindersicherheit, der tolle Pool und das Spielzeugangebot für Kids.

Fantastic villa

We had a wonderful holiday in Villa Fin for two weeks, the villa is perfect, we had 6 adults and the facilities are amazing. The pool is perfect size and nicely heated, the villa is very well equipped. Lots of little seating areas which is perfect if you want to either sun bathe or sit in the shade. Very private location. We really loved it here and would definitely come again, really recommend! Thanks all.

Why they chose this property

Location. Location. Location and Value for Money.
This property is in a great location close to everything you need. Car hire is not essential. That is, we are not stuck way out of town pretending to be in the town.

The property is fantastic value for money having a great USP of amazing views and lots of inside and outside space. This is coupled with great Wifi and real proper TV (SKY Sports, BT Sports, SKY movies, Movies on Demand, BBC, ITV etc).

This coupled with modern furnishings, make this a great holiday choice. The many reviews prove this to be the case going back over a long number of years.

There is no better value. You will find cheaper villas for sure. But they will disappoint for sure. This Villa is never disappointing. It blows away Golf course villas for sure.
