This large penthouse apartment has stunning views out to the sea and along the coast to Altea, Albir and Benidorm.

There are also panoramic views of the Sierra Bernia mountains. The apartment is finished to a very high standard and furnished accordingly paying great attention to detail.

Estrella de Jazmines makes for an ideal get-away-from-it-all holiday particularly for boating and water sports enthusiasts. The apartment is situated between the towns of Calpe and Altea, both offering a wide variety of attractions. Calpe offers beautiful stretches of sandy beaches lined with bars, restaurants and shops whilst Altea with its historic 'old town', the centre point being the church of the 'Virgen del Consuelo'. Around the church square you can sit outside one of the cafe/bars and watch the world go by.

Wonderful Stay in a Beautiful Apartment

We can’t recommend this lovely Mascarat apartment more. It’s exactly as pictured and the views from both terraces are extraordinary. Check in is easy and we highly recommend it for your Costa Blanca stay.

Great property with fantastic view. We had a comfortable stay (6 people) for our summer holiday. The area is very safe and quite with plenty of parking space. Apartment was super clean, arranged with a good taste and equipped with all necessities. Great communication with property managements which supplied us with all informations how to check in and out. Highly recommended.

Encore un beau séjour en Espagne

Les démarches ont ete faciles d un bout à l autre .Nous connaissions la région et avions même séjourné dans un bâtiment adjacent .Cet appartement est vaste et agréable .La clim n est pas forcement utile parce qu on peut faire des courant d air . Nous étions confortablement installés et le toit terrasse est un plus , nous donnant une des plus belle vue de la baie . Peut être envisager de changer les matelas de la chambre avec les deux petits lit . Un petit soucis mécanique avec le frigo à notre arrivée mais très vite résolu .Nous conseillons fortement cet appartement , il est tres abordable par rapport à ce qu il propose . De plus la localisation entre Altea et Calpe est idéale nous permettant de naviguer entre les deux à notre gré . Merci encore pour ce super sejour

Très agréable séjour

Ce logement est situé en hauteur et depuis la terrasse, on peut voir toute la baie d'Altéa, c'est magnifique. L'appartement est très bien conçu et très confortable. La résidence est très calme. La communication avec Anita et Stuart s'est très bien passée également. Je recommande fortement.

I like the location of the apartment because of its tranquillity, yet closeness to the towns of Altea and Calpe.

What makes this property unique

I have been taking vacations in Spain for some years now and every time I go to either Calpe or Altea, I find something new about the place. For example, I particularly enjoy visiting Calpe old town. It has many narrow streets full of interesting bars and restaurants. I am also learning Spanish and I try to speak with the locals, albeit badly, as much as possible.
