This brand new block of modern villa apartments all with their own private pool offer high standard of self catering accommodation in Malta.

Offering 4 bedrooms, 2 bunk beds in the living room, and an additional 2 folding beds if needed. Sleeps up to 12 persons.

This 4 bedroom property is situated in a unique area in the touristic village of Marsaskala just a few metres away from its pristine shores and the sandy beach of St. Thomas Bay. It boasts of unobstructed sea views with beautiful surroundings and walking distance to all shops and some of the most outstanding restaurants in Malta. The price includes the use of all facilities and amenities however there is an extra charge of €25 per night for air conditioning. The property offers complete relaxation for all kinds of holiday makers and suitable for all ages.

Nice place to stay for a family

We were impressed by the cleanliness of the apartment. The pool was great but the marble flooring was very slippery and dangerous when wet. The extra cost for air conditioning (of 25 euros per day) was expensive, considering the cost of using the apartment. It is well located near a convenience store and bus stop.

Excellent expert

Highly recommend this spacious and well maintained flat. The proprietor, Ludwig, was extremely professional and the level of customer service was absolutely top notch. The flat was bright (with loads of natural light), modern, attractive, and fully equipped, including a washing machine, lovely private pool and sunbeds. The kitchen and bathrooms were particularly up to date with nice appliances and fixtures. The street location was quiet, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The view of the sea provided a peaceful ambience and it was only a brief walk to the beach. Our family of six thoroughly enjoyed our experience and we are grateful to the proprietors for allowing us the opportunity to stay at their property. Highly recommend. Five stars!
