Beautiful rustic style villa,situated 10 minutes from the centre of Supetar with a pool and 3 bedrooms,sleeps 7 people.House is perfect for family with children or groups of friends looking to enjoy the Adriatic and the Island of Brač at its best. Interior of the house is homelike and consist of ground floor and gallery. On the ground floor the open plan combines living, dining, and kitchen areas into a large living space with sliding doors that offer direct access to the terrace and garden. Also there is hallway and bathroom.
At the gallery are three double bedrooms and bathroom. Outside, there’s plenty of external space for al fresco dining or napping on a swing. Air conditions, satellite TV, Hi-Fi, DVD player, internet, safe, hair dryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board,seating and dining chairs; fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven,fridge with freezer, dishwasher, hood, toaster, coffee maker, microwave. Beautiful big garden with olive, lots of space that provides privacy and freedom and safty for children, pool sized 8,5x4 meters, outside shower and dining table, inside and outside fireplace/bbq.

Tolles Ferienhaus!

Wir haben hier als Familie (2Erw. & 3 Kd.) zwei sehr schöne und entspannte Wochen verbracht. Das Haus und seine Fotos entsprechen dem was man vorfindet: Ein schönes, funktionales, sehr sauberes & geräumiges Ferienhaus mit tollem Außenbereich der verschiedene Sitzgelegenheiten bietet. Wir haben ausschließlich die Außenküche (mit Spülmaschine!) und den großen Kühlschrank im Haus genutzt. Unsere Kinder haben den Pool geliegt, nach dem die Vermieterin jeden Morgen sehr früh geschaut hat. Sie kümmert sich sehr und ist sehr hilfsbereit! Auch der Ort Skript ist recht nett und guter Ausgangspunkt um die Insel kennenzulernen.

Wir haben unser Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Sehr schöne Villa in Skrip, den ältesten Ort in Brac. Alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber. Die zusätzliche Außenküche ist sehr angenehm, die haben wir ausschließlich genutzt und hatten somit auch nie Essengeruch im Haus. Also rundherum alles top.

Would like to go back

We had a lovely week in Villa Nika. We especially enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and grill, we only slept inside. With tips from the property manager we got a good view of Brac and saw many of the beautiful places on the island.
