Great ocean view Renovated bathroom Available beach equipment Close-by grocery, restaurants and coffee shop However, Sagging mattress and old pillows No AC, very humid constant opened louvers for ventilation gives little intimacy No acoustic insulation despite respectful neighbours Mosquito screen and pedestal fan quite dirty Limited kitchen equipment with many soiled dishes, no dishwasher Lots of ants despite 2nd floor

This place is fantastic. RIGHT on the water. Napili bay is great! Wonderful little grocery store and incredible restaurant (Joey’s Kitchen) less than a 2 minute drive. Can’t wait to come back!
