The apartment (called "La Palma") is located on the mezzanine floor of a villa of 4 apartments, located in a quiet area, surrounded by a private garden, 200 meters from the lake and 500 meters from the characteristic Lazise marina.
The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people (2 adults and 2 children), with an external pergola and an exclusive portion of the garden. It has access to the common garden and swimming pool. It has its own parking space inside the property. It is equipped with air conditioning in the room and ceiling fan in the room.
The apartment consists of an entrance hall, a lounge with kitchenette, a double bedroom, a bathroom. In the lounge there is a sofa with 2 separate beds.
It is located in an ideal point to reach the amusement parks of Gardaland, Caneva Word and Movieland, the Natura Viva Park (center of protection of endangered animals), the thermal baths of Colà di Lazise, the thermal baths of Sirmione.
It is also an optimal point for boat trips around the lake, for excursions in the Regional Park of the Lessinia Nature Reserve (Monte Baldo), to visit the city of art in Verona and to attend the Works in the Arena, to visit the cellars of Valpolicella.
