Villa in Noordhoek, Cape Town, South Africa - Amazing Views Of Chapmans Peak, Peaceful Location Surrounded By Nature Reserve, Short Drive To Beach
About Trish Allen
We are now entering our 7th season in our beautiful home in Noordhoek and enjoyed having people from all around the world - as far as Australia and America and all over Europe and of course around the UK and a lot of local South Africans too. As we swing into our 2018/19 season, we hope our new guests, and our returning guests have a really enjoyable stay in our little piece of paradise. The South African pace of life, the food, the climate and value for money. Not forgetting of course the spectacular scenery! As I write this in October - the sun is shining and its 27 degrees and the reservoirs are 70% full which is fantastic news. UPDATE - DUE TO CANCELLATION, WE NOW HAVE THE PROPERTY AVAILABLE FOR CHRISTMAS! I hope you can make it for an extra special break over the festive period. Happy holidays!
Trish Allen purchased this Villa in 2012
Why Trish Allen chose Noordhoek
See for yourself!......and you will understand why.
What makes this Villa unique
The property is light and open plan with all views heading out to the lake and beyond, towards the mountains. The villa is situated on a bird sanctuary, so many species to view and enjoy. It is modern and clean, tiled throughout. It feels fresh and very relaxing. Unlike other properties, it has the lake view and private jetty. It was built in the last 12 years with such thought to making the most of the location. The lay out of the house is exceptional with the communal rooms in the centre of the house and bedrooms on either side, making space and privacy for those who wish to 'get away' from the others on occasions! There are fans in the bedrooms and air conditioning in the main lounge and master bedroom. High speed fibre wifi connection has been added this year to add to your convenience and ensuring your not too far away from the rest of the world if you have to!

Trish's villa was the perfect base for our holiday in Cape Town. The location was ideal for us, the kitchen very well equipped and the spacious layout was much appreciated by all of us. The early morning views of the lake were stunning and the kayak was used daily by the children. We would love to come back sometime

The highlight of our holiday
A fantastic find! We were lucky to stay here over Christmas and our stay could not have been better. Our communication with Trish was friendly and uncomplicated and the house certainly lived up to and indeed exceeded all expectations. We’d certainly come back!
Thanks for your kind words - lets hope we can welcome you again and next time - no drones at London Gatwick Airport!
Fantastic location. In previous visits we have travelled to various extents along the Garden Route and only spent a few days in and around Cape Town. This time we stayed here and found it was superbly located to spend a full ten day walking, eating, cycling, eating, shopping, oohing and ahhing and eating again. The more I come here the more I promise myself I'll come back again. I simply think it is the most beautiful place in the world!
As for the house, if the area was not so fantastic we would quite happily stayed here all day. Very relaxing, comfortable and nicely cooling on hot days without mechanical assistance. Joan was great and friendly but there was nothing we needed to call on her for while we were here.
Thanks Trish. Await my enquiries about future availability.
Absolutely fabulous villa in stunning lake surroundings! Beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. From arrival we were welcomed warmly by the hosts, super friendly and professional. As well as all the staff at Lake Michelle, always ready with a friendly wave. Location was perfect and had some wonderful days out in surrounding vineyards and coastal routes. Could not have asked for more, a first class holiday home! Would highly recommend a visit, we will certainly be back! Thank you so much!
Wow! That was a quick response! Thank you so much for your wonderful review. Hope to see you back soon.
