About this property

A rare find! Three bedrooms and three baths and two levels make for plenty of space in this apartment. The first floor has a master bedroom-bath suite with a king bed; the second bedroom has two twin beds, and there is a kitchen and dining and living area which open onto a spacious lanai. The second floor loft bedroom has twin beds and a bathroom. Both guest bedrooms have the option for the twin beds to be converted to a King size bed (upon request and approval). There is a private lanai off the loft bedroom and en suite washer/dryer. Koa Resort is a wonderful location for a family vacation with a large swimming pool, hot tub, tennis courts and barbecue grills throughout the five acre landscaped grounds.

For the benefit of both our guests and property owners, Bello Realty, Inc. requires all guests to have damage protection to rent our properties. After completing your online reservation, you will be given the option to either purchase a $30 Vacation Rental Damage Protection plan or provide a $1500 refundable Security Deposit. Damage protection will be collected with final payment and Security Deposits will be refunded within 14 days of checkout. W30404298-01

Great value and excellent location

This was the perfect home-base for our family during our trip to Maui. The property had plenty of room for our family of 6 and everyone was comfortable. Very glad to have the kitchen and dining areas which we made use of most days. Our kids loved the pool which was a really nice bonus. The location is perfect for exploring Maui. Very happy with our time at the property and would happily stay here again next time.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we loved the unit. It had a great amount of space and the layout was perfect. We love the access to the pool. And it was clean.

Great family oriented VRBO

Koa resorted is located across the street from the beach in Kihei. Unit was clean and tidy with newly renovated washrooms. Resort had a massive pool, tennis courts, ping pong and bbqs. PM highly responsive. Would stay again!

Perfect for our family

The location was perfect! A block from the beach. Not too far from the grocery store. Very centrally located. The amenities were amazing too! The pool was awesome! The hot tub was by far the best. There was a day where all we wanted to do was hang out onsite and cooking on the grill and playing foosball and ping pong while our food cooked was amazing! The house was super clean! The pictures had me wondering a bit since it looks dated but once we got there.. kitchen is a bit dated, living rooms and both indoor and outdoor dining areas were spacious! All three bathrooms were on point! Would definitely recommend and rent again!
