A lovely two bedroomed 'Menorcan' style apartment with sea views, and newly installed Air conditioning at an additional charge of £20 per week, situated in Zone 5 of San Jaime Apartments in Son Bou, set in beautifully kept gardens. There are a choice of two swimming pools within minutes walk from the apartment and just a short walk from the centre of Son Bou with its shops and supermarkets, English speaking Chemist, English speaking Doctor, and wide variety of restaurants that cater for all tastes and pockets!

Urlaub Ende Oktober

Vielen herzlichen Dank für diese schöne Unterkunft mit einer ganz ausgezeichneten Lage. Unser Urlaub war Ende Oktober, somit außerhalb der Saison. Hervorragendes Wetter und Meschenleer... Herrlich! Wir sind mit unserer 3 Jährigen Tochter auf Menorca gewesen und sie hat es geliebt! An den Strand unweit des Appartements konnten wir wegen dem starken Wind leider nicht gehen, aber mit dem Mietwagen haben wir viele andere Buchten erkundet! Es hatten auch noch viele Restaurants geöffnet, sodass wir immer gut versorgt waren. Sogar die kleinen Supermärkte vor Ort waren geöffnet. Alles in Allem ist es aus unserer Sicht sehr zu empfehlen... Viel Spaß beim Erkunden dieser wunderschönen Insel!

Séjour très agréable, appartement spacieux confortable bien équipé avec vue dégagée sur la mer .

L'emplacement avec la location d'une voiture nous a permis de visiter toutes les villes principales sites archéologiques et surtout de profiter de merveilleuses plages au sein de charmantes criques . Nous avons simplement été gênés par de mauvaises odeurs dans les sanitaires malgré le nettoyage des syphons

We hope you like what you see, and fancy giving Menorca a try for yourselves, we can assure you, you wont be disappointed! We love Menorca and take every opportunity to fly over for a week or two. We would like other people to be able to enjoy our apartment when we are not there.

Why they chose this property

15 years ago we decided to 'take the plunge' and buy our own apartment, having spent many years holidaying at Son Bou while our children were young. They are now grown up with children of their own, and they all love Menorca as much as we do! Menorca has just about everything you could wish for and is great for a relaxing family friendly holiday. Son Bou beach is thought to be one of the best on the island with 4kms of soft white sand and clear turquoise sea. Great for kids. The whole island has so many beautiful beaches, some of which are shown in our photos. The whole island is easily accessible by car which we recommend, or the local buses are a very reliable way of getting around. If you prefer walking, the Cami de Cavalls is a coastal footpath round the island.

What makes this property unique

Our first floor apartment is in the sought after 'zone 5 of the San Jaime apartments which are tastefully laid out and are surrounded by gardens.Zone 5 is in a quieter location on the complex. We have a front balcony with sea views,with a second balcony at the back. The Apartment has two twin bedrooms with room for a 'put up bed' in the lounge area ( an extra cost for hire of bed), a bathroom with shower,wc and washing machine.. Kitchen with electric cooker,grill, microwave, and toaster. Living area with ample comfortable seating, Wood burning stove, TV. Information folder. In 2017, we have improved our accommodation by installing Air conditioning if required at an additional cost of £20 per week.
The complex has two lovely swimming pools that operate in the high season.
There is also a Tennis court.
