Lovely provencal villa with partial sea view and 250m² living space. Large 2500 m² garden area with beautiful large (110m²) terrace area which includes a pergola for shade, large outdoor dining table, outdoor kitchen for BBQ. Separate pool area with heated outdoor pool (5x10m) with outdoor shower (warm water) extra dining table by the pool.
Fully furnished 6 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms plus guest toilet. Office niche with I-Mac. Free internet connection/WIFI, Air-conditioning in all rooms, internet-TV, Netflix. Very kids friendly: pool toys, board games, pool alarm, etc. Parking for 3 to 4 cars, private and secured compound with security all around.

Comfortable family home

We really enjoyed the outside area and swimming pool of the house, air conditioning in all rooms and the location. The house has just been renovated but is not fully in order, pictures online are better than the actual house. We had a great stay but it is not as luxurious as expected and relatively expensive.

Very pleasant stay - good for families

A group of 10 of us very much enjoyed our stay. The interior of the villa has been recently renovated; there is ample space, lots of bathrooms and a good size kitchen which has plenty of equipment. Nice outdoor area; good sized pool, large varied garden and nice outdoor dining area. It’s surrounded by woodland so is not overlooked, which makes for atmospheric evenings with plenty of wildlife to hear and see. A few minor gripes; the location is good but the road leading to the property is almost always blocked with traffic, the outside area of the property is beginning to show its age a bit - it’s on the ‘rustic’ end of the spectrum, and it was far from spotlessly clean; not dirty by any means, but I think their cleaners could do a much better job. The stone staircase is also rather narrow, steep -and without a handrail, which made for a few worrying moments with young children. It’s not a ‘luxury’ villa per se, but is nonetheless very pleasant and characterful. All in - a very enjoyable stay that was enjoyed by all. Would recommend.

Truly wonderful

If you're looking for a luxurious escape in the South of France, Villa Vallon is the perfect destination. Located in the charming town of Grimaud, this beautiful villa offers a tranquil setting for your holiday, surrounded by breathtaking views of the French countryside. As you approach Villa Vallon, you'll be immediately struck by the beauty of the property. The villa is situated on a hillside, with terraced gardens leading down to a sparkling pool. The villa itself is a stunning example of traditional Provençal architecture, with its terracotta roof tiles and honey-coloured stone walls. Inside the villa, the interior design is elegant and understated, with high-quality furnishings and tasteful décor. The living area is spacious and light-filled, with comfortable sofas and armchairs arranged around a large fireplace. French doors open out onto a shaded terrace, perfect for enjoying al fresco meals or a glass of wine in the evening. The villa has luxurious bedrooms, with en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom is particularly impressive, with a king-size bed, a large dressing room, and a private terrace overlooking the pool and gardens. The other bedrooms are equally comfortable, with high-quality linens and plush towels provided. There are several excellent restaurants and cafes in the town, as well as a weekly market selling fresh produce and local crafts. The villa is also well located for exploring the wider area.

We are living in Switzerland on the lake of Zurich but love spending time in the south of France.

Why they chose this property

We bought this lovely Property in Beauvallon Bartole right next to the Beauvallon Golf course as our summer holiday residence. We spend 4 to 5 weeks each year in our house in Grimaud. Over the years we constantly renovated and enhanced the inside and outside of the Property. The property is now FRESHLY RENOVATED and has been updated to the highest standards of a luxury provencal holiday home.

What makes this property unique

Kids enjoy mostly the pool and the beautyful garden. Anyone who loves golf will love this property which is right on the Beauvallon Golf course. Port Grimaud, St. Tropez and Ste. Maxime are reached easely by car. We love the secure and gated compound full of amazing villas.
