About this property

Conversion Of Listed Canal Side Stable, Views Over Rolling Fields

Offers rural seclusion and a great base for gongoozling (canal watching!), walking and cycling. It is within easy driving to Stratford, the Cotswolds, Coventry Cathedral, Warwick Castle, Leamington Spa and National Trust properties.
The property is adjacent to the lock keepers cottage and was originally built for the horses used on the canal. The only other neighbours are sheep, although there is a traditional pub 100 metres away.

Canal location and quiet.
We used the cottage as a base to travel to other places due to family commitments but when we were there it was a lovely location. Beside the canal/locks and near a country pub, that was obviously popular in the area, it has a lot going for it. we wished that we could have spent more time in the village walking around.
