Very nice unit, great location and very clean.

Well worth booking this unit, close to everything. Easy trip to Centro, Espana and Sagrada Familia on the metro. Does get a little noisy with the renovations going on in the building and the locality to the eating street. Met by Alex when we arrived who is a perfect gentleman giving us great insights into where to eat and buy groceries. Don’t like having to pay a security deposit either. I try and avoid accommodation with this option taken.

Great location with plenty of tapas options

The communication with the host was incredible. There was a misunderstanding at the check in process but they were very accommodating for my friends and I. The apartment is in a great location with tons of tapas options in the immediate area. A few things of note, the area is loud throughout the night so if you want a quiet location. This isn't for you. The apartment is small but plenty if it's for 6 people or less. The host is amazing and extremely helpful. Parking is very limited as well.

A Neighborhood Off the Tourist Path

Though this apartment is not far from attractions, it appears to be a working residential neighborhood. A bottle of wine, baked goods, mid day meals and other essentials were cheaper than in areas near tourist centers. Lots of small bars that don"t open until later and many tapas joints around the corner seem to serve locals. We had our best meal at the tapas street, but I can't tell you the name of the restaurant It was a fixed three course meal for 12.9 E. All this being said, it is loud with people in the streets until the early morning. Bring ear plugs, lower the metal shades, and you will be OK. The apart is fine for what you need it for and accurately described. It is within a couple hundred meters of the Parelell Metro stop.
