Perfect winter office / get away

Decided to switch from cold Finland home office to Martins place for 6 weeks during winter and it was perfect! Ocean view, good internet, great location and pretty much anything you could dream for. 1000% recommend to rent longterm and just enjoy life in the sun.

It was a pleasure to rent Martin’s apartment. Loved the condition, the location, the cleanliness of it and how even the most minute detailed was taken care of by Martin who definitely is the perfect host. Will return and most certainly highly recommend it.

We enjoyed a wonderful three week stay at this beautiful apartment by the sea. Martin is an exceptional host who makes every effort to ensure that your stay at his property is an experience to remember. Martin’s attention to the smallest details ensures that everything that you could wish for is in place. The entire apartment was spotlessly clean and of high quality - from beautiful pressed bedding to soft towels for both bathing and beach to a beautifully equipped kitchen with everything you could wish for. The location of the apartment and the view from the balcony were exceptional. Without hesitation I would highly recommend this beautiful property. Martin, you are an outstanding host! Perfekte Wohnung von super Vermieter

Großartige, gepflegte und saubere Wohnung mit wundervollem Meerblick. Strand direkt vor der Tür. Zur Wohnung zugehöriger Tiefgaragenstellplatz mit Strandutensilien. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet; es gibt für jeden Bedarf das entsprechende Equipment, vom Kaffeeautomaten, über Fön und Einkaufstrolley bis hin zu Käsehobel und Wäscheklammern! Der Vermieter ist sehr angenehm, entgegenkommend und hilfsbereit. Es war sehr angenehm einen Ansprechpartner erreichbar zu haben, der uns bei möglichen Problemen unterstützt hätte. Brauchten wir zum Glück nicht in Anspruch nehmen. Zugleich war er nicht aufdringlich und hat uns unseren Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen lassen. Nochmals ein riesen Dankeschön an Martin!!! Klare Empfehlung für einen Aufenthalt! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!!
