The villa is located in a very quiet village Grabovac, where you can have an absolute peaceful & relaxing holiday with everything being only a 30 minutes drive.The villa is surrounded by mountains and has fantastic sunsets. Entertainment area in the attic comes with own bar, sound system and poker table. Possibilities to make own wine – harvesting and preparation, as well as tasting. Privacy, ambiance, mild temperature during summer, easy accessibility from the highway. We recommend renting a car to get around and visit the area. Within easy reach of the house you will find beaches (25 km), sailing, boat hire, fishing, horse-riding, cycling and walking. Supporting facilities for leisure: parking for 10 cars, eco pool with fountain and waterfall (without chemicals)

Traumhaftes Haus zum erholen

Wir waren eine Gruppe mit 8 Leuten und 2 Hunden...wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dieser wunderschönen Villa!! Genügend Platz und Rückzugsorte für jeden..klar könnte man über Kleinigkeiten meckern...aber das positive überwiegd! Tolle Gegend...super Nachbarn..wo man unbedingt Eier holen sollte;).. generell alle Leute in dem kleinen Dorf waren sehr nett...selbstverständlich auch unsere Gastgeber!! Insgesamt hatten wir eine tolle Zeit in der Villa Olka...auch wenn mal lauter gefeiert wird stört es keinen;) für unsere Hunde war es auch ein kleines Paradies...alles in allem kommen wir sicherlich mal wieder!!

Great family villa

Villa Olka is perfect for large groups of family or friends.We were a family group of 11 adults and teenagers.We had a friendly welcome on arrival by the owners Dundo and Sonja who cooked us a delicious pre arranged meal on arrival . It is a characterful, comfortable family home with space for everyone.There was plenty to entertain at the villa with a lovely pool ,pool room ,darts ,boule ,skittles and gym. It was nice to be in a peaceful mountain area.The Cetina river was nearby with rafting and canyoning,great fun. The coast was a 20-30 minute drive, pretty harbour towns with beautiful beaches.

Lovely Villa, full of character

My family and I had a wonderful week staying at Villa Olka, starting with a lovely welcome meal cooked by the team. This Villa is arranged in such a way that even with a large group there is always somewhere quiet to escape on your own, highly recommend booking this property if you want peace and quiet and luxury living.

Great Villa

We had a fabulous family holiday here with all ages. The villa is in a wonderful peaceful location in the mountains with views from the pool down the valley. There is plenty of space and activities for everyone to join in or escape from. A fabulous BBQ and eating area in the evening for all to get together. The villa was clean and well maintained and an excellent meal prepared on our arrival.
