The Long Barn is great for family get-together or friends reunited! The 7 bedrooms can be arranged as 4 doubles and 3 twin or 3 doubles and 4 twin. Two bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and there is one ground floor bedroom with adjacent wet room/shower room. The large dining hall seats up to 18 and there are 2 fully equipped kitchens. Two spacious seating areas with flat screen TV/DVDs and wood burners (with free supply of logs) for cosy winter evenings. Full central heating for those cooler months. Free WiFi. Cot and high chair available and the property is fitted with stair-gates. Private, enclosed garden accessed by French doors from the sitting area and dining area, with wooden garden furniture and BBQ in the summer. Bedlinen and house towels (not beach towels) provided together with soap and shower gel. There are Ecover household products for your use. Dogs welcome.
Rookery Farm is a small group of barn conversions set around a central courtyard on the site of the old farmyard. There are 4 units - Long Barn (sleeps 14), Wash House (sleeps 6), Riding Stable (sleeps 6) and a short distance away Bolt Hole (sleeps 4). The barns have been converted to provide characterful and contemporary interiors aimed at easy living and comfort. Set just a couple of miles away from the stunning north Norfolk coast the property is ideally located for family holidays or those wishing to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside.
Rookery Farm has been owned by the same family for several generations. It is a working arable farm and guests staying in the holiday cottages can enjoy the beautiful farmland via footpaths across the fields.
If you want to escape from it all and have some good old fashioned sea side fun you have found the perfect spot. Sandcastles, buckets and spades, fish and chips on the pier, wide blue skies and endless beaches - we have it all here in north Norfolk and we are happy to share
