The spacious sitting area has a flat screen TV/DVD and a log burner for cooler evenings (logs provided free). The property has central heating and free WiFi access. Rookery Farm is a small group of barn conversions set around a central courtyard on the site of the old farmyard. There are 4 units - Long Barn (sleeps 14), Wash House (sleeps 6), Riding Stable (sleeps 6) and a short distance away Bolt Hole (sleeps 4). The barns have been converted to provide characterful and contemporary interiors aimed at easy living and comfort. Set just a couple of miles away from the stunning north Norfolk coast the property is ideally located for family holidays or those wishing to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside.
Rookery Farm has been owned by the same family for several generations. It is a working arable farm and guests staying in the holiday cottages can enjoy the beautiful farmland via footpaths across the fields.
If you want to escape from it all and have some good old fashioned sea side fun you have found the perfect spot. Sandcastles, buckets and spades, fish and chips on the pier, wide blue skies and endless beaches - we have it all here in north Norfolk and we are happy to share
