This ground floor, 2 bedroom, one bathroom apartment is located at Costa de Prata, which is one of Sao Martinho do Porto`s most popular apartment complexes. Within easy walking distance to bars and restaurants but away from the noise.
This large apartment sleeps up to 6 people, and is located just 5mins walk to the beach, which is well known for being one of the most family friendly and safe beaches and bathing areas along the silver coast.
Situated on the ground floor means easy access to the large communal swimming pool, which is surrounded by a manicured garden, with plenty of sun-beds. The apartment is spacious and tastefully furnished with a large, comfortable lounge/diner and a fully equipped kitchen, both of which have direct access to the private terrace equipped with a built in barbeque and outdoor dining furniture to seat 6 guests.
There is a master bedroom with king size bed and fitted wardrobes , the second bedroom has twin beds and fitted wardrobes.
The additional sleeping accommodation is a large sofa bed in the lounge. with the fitted wardrobe area to accommodate this in the hallway
There is a family bathroom with bath, overhead shower, hand basin with vanity unit, Bidet and WC.
The apartment boasts air conditioning.

Sao Martinho do Porto
This is a very well appointed apartment. A good kitchen with a lovely terrace and in built BBQ. As it’s on the ground floor, the access to the pool was really convenient. Parking on street was very easy. Lots of interesting places nearby - Caldas da Rainha can be done by train. Obidos, Bataliha and Santarem all within easy reach by car. Paul was in touch to help with the get in and his communication was always clear and helpful. Would highly recommend and hope to return.

Why they chose this property

It is a very central location, close to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars, yet still quiet. Sao Martinho has so much to offer.It has a beautiful shell shaped bay and a long sandy beach. The food is so fresh and seafood is caught locally and served fresh in restaurants. The Portuguese people are lovely - very friendly, polite and helpful.
The bay is perfect for both relaxing and water sports. Sao Martinho is unspoilt with safe waters, thus attracting many Portuguese holiday makers.

What makes this property unique

Our apartment is ideal because it is so close to the beach, restaurants, bars etc. Costa de Prata is a very popular holiday complex due to its location and friendly atmosphere.
We bought our apartment a few years ago and both think it is a great place to stay.
The apartments are bright and spacious and there is a communal pool, where families gather around. The beach is very close by. It has calm, shallow waters and is safe for swimming. This is due to the bays shell shape. Sao Martinho is Portugal best kept secret.
