Just 100m from Robson & Burrard, this is in the very centre of downtown. Everything you want to see, eat or do is right outside!

I'm very proud of this amazing apartment and really looking forward to hosting guests in it. It is spacious, open and extremely bright with fantastic city views. The massive corner unit has Built in Air-Conditioning, which is very rare in Vancouver and huge floor to ceiling windows overlooking the main shopping district, just a block over.

Large Free parking space included.

It is high up enough to be almost completely protected from the noise below and the modern concrete building protects from noise from the neighbors.

The master bedroom has two queen beds, a walk in wardrobe and a full ensuite of gleaming tile.

The second bedroom has a single queen bed, built in wardrobes and it's own walk in shower-room.

The main living room and Kitchen has an open floor plan with seating for 5. A top of the range Sony 50" LED has Youtube and Netflix built in through Apps and controlled directly from the remote.

The expansive kitchen is all top of the line stainless steel Bosch with dual white granite counter tops and a wine fridge.

The building has a huge swimming pool, Jacuzzi and Gym for your use.

I am available 24x7 should you have any issues at all with your stay. I would rather you called at 2am to tell me the wireless is down than have you even slightly dissatisfied with your stay.

1 Month stay in Vancouver
This property is a perfect location for exploring the city, but also having great access to the many restaurants in the local area. Having the IGA supermarket right downstairs was perfect as we were here for over 4 weeks and needed to visit this regularly. You are within walking distance of most attractions and those that are a bit further away (Example: Stanly Park), there is bike or scooter hire nearby. The property is a good setup and included air conditioning for those warmer days/nights. I would recommend this as a great place to spend in Vancouver.

Beautiful apartment, amazing view, great host! We stayed 3 months!!!
We stayed here for 3 months and it was a home from a home! Really comfortable, walking distance to everything - the park, the beach, the shops, food - and plenty of room for our baby to crawl around. The apartment was baby safe, which made us feel at ease. Conor was great! Any problems or questions that we had, he was available anytime and would deal with them super promptly. Really helpful and comforting when you travel with a baby! Highly recommended - we stayed for 3 months and it was wonderful!

Why they chose this property

This apartment has three really unique features that attracted me to it.

1 - It basically as close to the center of the city as you can get. Robson & Burrard is the main shopping intersection and all the transportation, restaurants, stores and tourist attractions are in the immediate neighbourhood..

2 - It's Huge. At 1200 Square Feet it is at least 50% bigger than the average 2 bed 2 Bath apartment in Vancouver.

3 - It has Central Air-conditioning. This is a big plus for those summer months when smaller apartments can get pretty stuffy and Air-conditioning in Vancouver is very rare.
