About this property

Brilliant Poolside location within the gated El Sultan complex.

Smart 3 bedroom/3 bathroom villa on a quiet, tropical, gated complex with twin swimming pools at either end. Open plan kitchen/dining/living room which leads out onto a sheltered terrace overlooking one of the 2 pairs of swimming pools. All the fixtures, fittings, and appliances are of the highest standard. the beds have comfortable memory foam mattresses, Egyptian cotton linen, bedside tables and a reading light. The bedrooms are spacious with fitted wardrobes. The house is peacefully situated walking distance from the beaches, shops, bars and town center. We visit ourselves a few times a year to ensure that our property is well maintained. We are constantly improving no.4 so it feels really special to visit. We have super fast fibre internet and a smart T.V with Netflix.
El Sultan 4 is situated on a quiet residential complex which operates all year round. It is therefore necessary to note, maintenance works may take place from time to time to ensure the complex is kept in immaculate condition. These are always carried out with as little disruption as possible.

Very comfortable and spacious apartment
Excellent apartment in a great location. Quiet in the evenings but within walking distance of all of the bars and restaurants in the town centre. If you don't fancy the walk back later on there are lots of taxis available for a very cheap price.

We are a busy family who enjoy the escape where life is more relaxing. We love the surf beaches as well as the many quality pubs and restaurants where we are spoilt for choice when eating out.

Why they chose this property

We love going to the Canary Islands. They are not too far away and the weather is consistent and predictable. Out of the Canary Islands Fuerteventura is our favourite because it is the least spoiled. The south of the island is lovely but Corralejo offers more facilities, a water park, shops, bars and restaurants whilst retaining the charm of a small Spanish port. It's possible to take a day trip across to Lanzarote or the small island of Lobos. These are visible from the roof terrace. The fact that we're on a gated complex meant added peace of mind when our children were younger. Giving them the freedom to play in the knowledge that not just anyone can stroll in, unlike the hotels.

What makes this property unique

The villa itself has sun and shade and direct access to lovely clean salt water swimming pools within the quiet gated complex. There is a childrens pool and a large communal pool situated in front of the ground floor terrace. Corralejo also has a super water park, shopping, etc. The area has dozens of clean beaches, places of interest and just about every water sport.
