Luxurious detached 3/4 bed, 3 bath, modern villa with wi-fi, heated private pool and ample sun-bathing terraces. The villa is on a private road with a security barrier at the top of the road that only residents can access. The road is a cul-de-sac so you never have either vehicular or pedestrian traffic going pass the villa. The villa is only a seven minute walk to the Biosfera shopping centre and 10 minutes walk to the beach. There are selection of supermarkets,(Lidl, Hiperdino, Spar) bars, restaurants, hairdressers, pharmacy and-500 300 metres away. PLEASE NOTE RATES QUOTED MAY VARY FOR SIZE OF GROUP OR TRAVEL DATES THAT INCLUDE BANK HOLIDAYS OR EVENTS.There is a barbecue, patio table and chairs with parasol and comfortable sun loungers for outside living. Fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. An iron and ironing board supplied. Satellite TV,(Sky and BT sports, BBC, ITV, RTE) CD and DVD player and leather suite in the sitting room. Each bedroom has a balcony, 2 having sea views. There is a safe in the master bedroom. Bed linen and towels supplied. Comfort: Accommodates up to 8 people, high chair and cot available, hair dryer, lockable safe. Cooking and laundry: Cooker (oven/hob), microwave, refrigerator, freezer, barbecue area, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and board. excellent villa

The property is well located at the top of the old town, near to Lidl if you are familiar with the resort. Communication with Fred was excellent, thank you Fred. You can easily walk to both the old and new parts of the resort, takes about 20 mins. It's more of a strenuous walk up from the old town. The villa is well appointed, showing minor wear and tear, but nothing that spoils your enjoyment. The bed in the master room is super comfy as are the pillows. We have rented many a villa over the years and rarely do you get comfy beds and pillows. We would definitely recommend the villa.

Home from home

Just back from a 9 night stay in Fred’s villa. It has everything you need for a perfect holiday. Outside space is wonderful a great sun trap and beautiful heated pool. Inside the kitchen has every appliance you could wish for, the sitting room has reclining sofas and a great tv with all the channels. The bedroom’s have very comfortable beds with the master en suite. The location is great, easy walk to the beach and port and a taxi back for less than €4 so no need to hire a car. Fred and his team kept in touch with us throughout our stay. I will definitely be back in the near future to book this villa again. Dave

Très bien !

La maison est dans un quartier très calme à proximité de nombreux commerces. Elle est bien aménagée et fonctionnelle. Le propriétaire à répondu rapidement à nos différentes demandes pendant notre séjour. Nous recommandons vivement cette location !

Perfect villa perfect location

This property is exactly as described.it is maintained to a very high standard. We had a few “very minor water issues” which were outside of everyone’s control but the efficiency in resolving the issues was super.I have been hoildaying in Lanzarote for 18yrs and this was my first time staying in this location.I would have no hesitation in recommending this property.Well done to the owners.I will certainly be back.

Absolutely perfect

I would just like to say your villa is absolutely beautiful and a right sun trap we loved every minute of our stay & I have never spent as much time in the pool as the temperature of it was perfect there is everything you need & more plenty outdoor space where we spent most of our time. With Lidl across the road meant fresh rolls every morning the description of your villa is exactly how it is described if not better. My husband and I celebrated our ruby wedding in 5 star accommodation and Fred you were a great help we will most certainly love to come back if you’ll have us ? This villa is perfect in every way Thanks for making us welcome Margaret ,Alan, Nicola & Craig

Hi we are a mature couplin our forties who both work full-time, but enjoy life. We get to our villa as often as we can, and love the peace and quiet, not to mention the lovely Lanzarote weather. We bought the villa in March 2009. As soon as we viewed it we made an offer, as it was exactly what we were looking for, secluded, quiet, but central.

We do not charge the earth for renting the villa and are trying to build up a client list of genuine people, who can avail of the villa at a nominal fee.

Why they chose this property

We love the peace and quiet, the comfort, yet the nearness of everything. We have made the villa into a virtual "home from home" and are very proud of it.

What makes this property unique

Everything within Puerto del Carmen is within easy walking distance. There is a tennis club 250 metres away (visitors welcome) and a golf course less than 5 minutes drive away.There are local bars and restaurants within 500 metres. Also for groceries there is a Lidl, a HiperDino Express, And a Spar. The Lidl has it's own bakery and is great for fresh bread.
