Casa Macina C is a characteristic and welcoming apartment situated in a quiet location, a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps four people. From Casa Macina C you will enjoy a characteristic view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. Casa Macina C is 35 square meters (375 square feet). It features a private terrace, a shared patio, a shared garden, a reserved outdoor area, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2.5 km (1.5 miles) from Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant a few meters (feet) away, the stop for the SITA bus at 150 meters (490 feet) and the closest beach at 4.5 km (roughly 2.8 miles). You will reach Casa Macina C from the parking area going up a short route that cuts through the garden and includes approximately 14 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Macina C. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space. The patio is 170 square meters (1830 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic wood roof. It is equipped with tables, chairs and two gazebos. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery. You will share the patio with the other guests staying at the complex.

Tourist tax, paid locally: From April 1 to October 31: EUR 2.00 per person per night for the first 5 nights. Guests aged under 18 are exempt. Guests older than 75 are exempt.
Garden
The garden is 250 square meters (2690 square feet) large. It is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers, a gazebo and an external shower. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.
Parking
The parking area is shared with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.  Living Room
The living room is paved with majolica tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed and a divan bed for one guest (additional cost applies -- please enquire with our staff). There is a small fireplace made of stone. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a small refrigerator without freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter a terrace through a French door. The room has a window with a view of the greenery. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a window with a view of the greenery. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.
