This is a beautiful 3 bedroom villa which sleeps up to 6 people, with 2 shared bathrooms and a master bedroom ensuite complete with a jacuzzi. Furnished with high quality handmade wooden furniture. Set up on a hill with breath-taking scenery, this large stone villa allows you to be away from all the hustle and bustle, so that you can have a completely relaxing holiday. Its' enclosed private garden and pool area offer more privacy than most properties in the area, and the large covered terrace offers shade when required with a view of the pool and well tended lawn with it's mature fruit trees and flowers.

Also there is free unlimited WIFI in the villa.

Excursions from the area are plentiful, there will be a welcome meeting provided by an English speaking tourist guide to inform you about the local area, car hire and any excursions you wish to book, for example the Dalyan River Trip which is a great day out and includes trip to Mud Baths, Jeep safari, Turkish Bath, Private Boat Trips etc.

Lovely villa in beautiful surroundings

Could not fault the place, and people. The villa was private, well equipped, but a little shabby. Outside area and pool, is fabulous. Clean and well kept. Just a small investment would make this place perfect. Didn't affect our overall holiday experience though, and we had a lovely time. Must be said though that this villa is the top of a very steep hill, and anyone not fit, would struggle to walk up. A 10 min walk to restaurants and bars. Would definitely consider going back.

Beautiful villa with stunning garden and pool area

The villa was spacious and the pool area was fantastic. Upon arrival we were transferred and welcomed at the property and given all the info we needed. The villa is positioned up a hil land is quite steep for the last 200metres but with taxis being so cheap from Hisaronu(£2.50) this didn’t cause an issue. We had my mother with us so it was slightly more difficult ult for her to get up the last bit of the hill. Walking down to Hisarönü was no problem though and only took 10 minutes and you were at al the bars and restaurants. There’s even a tax button outside the villa so if you wanted a taxi the service was fast and reliable. We had an issue with the sun umberellas as they were torn but the owner arranged a replacement immediately and nothing was ever too much trouble. My only observation would be that the kitchen equipment could do with being updated but this isn’t a show stopper. And finally be prepared to feed the resident tortoises who make a regular appearance round the edges of the garden. They were lovely(3 of them) and we often left bits of salad out for them. The pool and gardens were watered daily and maid service came in after our first week. Overall we had a great time and I’d definitely return to this villa as it provided a really relaxing holiday but within easy reach of the town, Ölüdeniz Denis and the private beaches. Loved it, thank you BAKI!!!!
