Spacious 210m² duplex apartment, second/third (top) floor with loft, double height ceilings and a wrap around balcony on the stunning 5* Eden Island Marina development, Seychelles. From the balcony there are gorgeous views of the mountains of Mahé and cross the bay are three beautiful islands. Further away - La Digue and Praslin (½ hour by ferry) and many more stunning islands to explore. Island hoping by yacht, motor boat, ferry, or helicopter is a favourite activity.

Luxury furnishings: Miele appliances, percale sheets, quality crockery, Weber BBQ, Aircon (temp controlled in each room), 3 double bedrooms with king or two single size beds, each bedroom has a wet room, toilet room, basin/s and a private balcony. Check in: A friendly representative will Meet and Greet the guest on arrival at the VMA reception during working hours 7.30am to 5pm Mon-Sat and escort the guest to the property and explain how to operate the buggy and kitchen appliances and explain all the facilities available for the guests to use during their stay on Eden Island. An envelope with additional information will be handed over to the guest along with contacts. If the arrival of the guest is not during the day, the representative will meet the guest the next morning. In that case an envelope will be left at the VMA to their attention containing an information letter, a map and representative contact details. During your stay you can report any issues to the representative and they will follow up on maintenance issues and will attend to all emergencies personally.

If you are looking for a relaxed hassle free holiday then Eden Island is the place for you as the resort has everything you would need . . .

luxury accommodation, pools, beaches and Eden Plaza, the newly opened shopping centre that has everything from boutiques, restaurants and convenience store for your day to day grocery shopping. Food supplies open until 7pm

Eden Island Marina is a self contained community with all amenities close by and car and boat rentals available. Getting around in the resort is easy as it is a motor free vehicle zone and only buggies are allowed as a mode of transport on the island. For exploring Mahé, I would suggest that you rent a car as public transport is not very reliable. The rented cars are parked for free on the island in a garage.

House manual

Only persons listed on the original Booking Contract may occupy the unit at all times. Check in time is 1-4pm and check-out time is 10am. Turn aircon off when leaving apartment. Mindful of water usage. It is the Rental Parties responsibility to respect and take care of the property and its contents at all times. bed linen and towel changed once a week. Guests are welcome to use facilities to do any extra washing at their own cost, or service on request.

Cleaning service Mon-Sat, excluding public holidays, 2-3 times a week, Wifi is installed in the apartment. Guests must take note that the speed is slow and is meant for keeping in touch with family and friends and not for downloading large files. Due to this we recommend that only one user be logged in at a time. We will endeavour to be connected at all times, but will not be held responsible if the connection is unavailable due to reasons out of our control.

Please note that this is a Self-Catering Apartment and as such limited detergents or toiletries will be supplied.

For your convenience there is a safe in Bedroom 1 of the unit, please ensure that all valuables are locked away. We will not be held responsible for any losses whatsoever incurred, due to negligence.

Ensure that all doors including veranda doors are locked before leaving the unit and aircon is turned off.

This is a non-smoking unit, so please refrain from smoking in the unit. Outside on the balcony is fine.

No pets are allowed.

Refrain from making excessive noise after 11pm in consideration of other guests/homeowners staying on Eden Island.

On departure, the unit must be left in a reasonable state of cleanliness. Excessive cleaning left for housekeeping will be deducted from the damages deposit to cover the cost of cleaning.

Golf cart to be driven on Eden Island by a licensed driver and must be driven on paths and parked in designated areas only. Any damage caused due to negligence will be deducted from the breakage deposit.

On the day of departure ensure that all the lights and aircon units are switched off. Also ensure that all the doors of the unit are locked.

"Bliss"

Staying at Eden Island was ideal for our trip. The resteraunts and shops are close by and it is an easy 10 minutes to the airport / town. The accommodation was very comfortable and the deck was ideal for relaxing. Eden Island also ahs a gread gym, something that is lacking in most of the hotels on the island. Check in and out was very easy. I would highly recommend staying here.

We spent two weeks during New Year holidays at the beginning of 2014 in these apartments and absolutely enjoyed our staying there.

Eden island location itself is quite calm so you feel private and safe there. You have everything necessary nearby while staying close to airport & Victoria and also not far away from all the best beaches of the island.

Apartments were really great and exceeded our expectations indeed. All the three bedrooms, living room and kitchen area are well equipped and are quite spacious. We stayed 6 adults and 2 children and didn’t feel any inconvenience at all. Area is splitted wisely into different zones on two floors so you do not feel crowdy. Furniture and equipment (basically everything you can need – washing & drying machine, cooler, washing machine for dishes, oven, microwave, tv / dvd are quite new) room service is daily. What was really great and unexpected is a huge terrace with big dinning area and grill barbeque. Nice mountain view from the last floor was amazing and relaxing making a very special atmosphere at night. There is also an opportunity to take sun bath right or just taking day break on the terrace.

We were really very pleased to stay in these apartments – location is one of the best from what we have seen in Eden (5 min from reception & 5 min from the best beach on the territory + nice view, not in bushes ))). So would really recommend them for staying on Seychelles.

Fantastic week in The Seychelles

Have just returned from a lovely week spent on Eden Island - for a family of 5 (3 kids ranging from 16 -20), the apartment was perfect. The location of the actual apartment on the Island was great - close enough to walk to a lovely secluded beach, the gym, the supermarket & restaurants, but more fun to take the golf buggy!

The apartment was comfortable & equipped with all the basics, we spent most of our time on the huge balcony.

Eden Island itself was well located for site seeing, we hired a car & visited Beau Vallon, Victoria market, the Botanical Gardens (feeding the giant tortoises) & had a Catamaran trip out to Moyenne Island.

I would highly recommend the apartment, Eden Island & would love to return!

Paradise!

We had a totally great time, apartment is lovely. We were a bit unlucky with an air conditioner on second floor, but handyman came to mend it - and did his best. Island is lovely, beaches were maybe the best we've seen and the apartment, cleaning and service totally great. Contact with tenant Judith professional and and helpful. VMA reception very service minded. Restaurants at Eden Plaza good and supermarket well assorted. I definitely recommend this apartment to my family and friends.

Apartment Access

If your Arrive on Eden by Taxi or car Rental:

1 - Cross the Eden Bridge drive straight until the VMA Reception.

2 - Advise the receptionist (in the Glass reception/ Right side of the VMA Building) what is the apartment number you will be staying in:

“P14A21” being manage by ASD (ASD is my local representative on Eden) They will call them for you.

3 - If you arrive during the week days and Day time a member of ASD will meet you shortly after in the waiting area by the VMA Reception

If you arrival at night or on a Sunday, an envelope will be left for you at the reception. You will have to collect it and they will give you the keys of the apartment. Please read the letter carefully important information will be mentioned in it. You will also have a small map to help you around Eden. A Representative of ASD will meet you at your apartment the following day between 9 and 10 am.

Extra night will be charged if times are not strictly adhered to or prearranged prior to arrival. 50% of the daily rate if check-out before 6pm and 100% of the daily rate for late check-out after 6pm.

Inventory list must be checked and signed within 24 hours of check-in and handed to Housekeeping to avoid any unnecessary replacement costs upon departure. Failure to comply will imply that everything is in order.

Please make Housekeeping aware of any defects, damages, maintenance or service related issues you may encounter.
