Shops Bars and Restaurants are only a 5 minute walk beach is a 10 minute walk. In between these walks is the entrance to the famous Baga Road. Taxi's are freely available and pick ups and drop off's are made easy by virtue of parking being allowed on the site, There is a convenient small general store shop "Ackroyds" immediately outside the complex. The pool is not currently operational. The location is convenient for those wishing to visit nearby towns such as Baga and Candolim or to travel further afield to towns such as Anjuna, Mapusa or Siolim. Calangute beach has long been extremely popular amongst European tourist. We have let this property for the last 3-4 years and had several returning guests. The property is expertly managed by my agent, Sarah Blower of "Abracasa" resides locally and will deal with matters such as "meet and greet" etc. The complex has recently transferred to the Owners Management Committee from the builders, (as is usually the case 5 years from the date of the original "build") and high standards have been set by dedicated and enthusiastic members.
