About this property

Beautiful newly constructed 850 sq ft loft/apartment, full kitchen, separate bathroom, all granite countertops, hardwood floors, washer/dryer, satellite TV. Loft/apartment is located on a 23 acre horse training facility and avocado orchard. The loft has an open floor plan, king-sized bed, and two twin beds. The loft is accessed by a private driveway and has plenty of parking, and is located 100 yards from the owner's private residence.
As this is a professional training facility for privately owned horses, we ask that the guests do not interact with the horses or go into the barns, pastures, nor orchards. Thank you

Top of the hill

I thoroughly enjoyed staying here.It was so nice to have a full kitchen and a little deck to sit out at in the morning and evening.

Quiet Loft

Exactly as described. Very nice finishes. Extremely comfortable king size bed and very clean. The loft is spacious and had everything I needed. I’d stay here again anytime I am near Moorpark.

Beautiful horse ranch loft

We had a lovely time in this beautiful horse ranch loft. The place was quiet, clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again. The owner was friendly and was available to answer any questions.

Relaxing apartment

Quiet and secluded apartment on a horse boarding ranch. Full amenities with a kitchen, satellite tv, & lovely walk-in shower. Close to Moorpark country club and 15 minutes from Simi Valley. Drawbacks were distance from grocery store/restaurants & no internet available.
