Other apartments in Venice managed by Rosa are the properties n° 816251 and 1030531
My name is Rosa, I was born and I live in Venice, a city that I love in every little detail, from the history to the art, the architecture and the way of living.
I manage with pleasure 3 apartments in the historic center of the city, adding this activity to my business managing a small perfumery near Piazza San Marco.
I speak and write fluently in English and French.
I love to travel and to find cozy places that make me feel at ease wherever I am.
Rosa purchased this apartment in 2010
These apartments belong to my family. I decided to dedicate them to this activity because I love having contact with people from all over the world; opportunity that the international vocation of Venice allows me to accomplish.
I started this business with the main aim of making my guests's stay in the city as pleasant and comfortable as possible, so to return to their homes not only retaining the memory of the places visited, but also the feeling of having found their own 'home' in Venice.
My effort is, through custom maps and advice, to make discover Venice, not only as a tourist destination but as a city to love in its most secret shades; what I try to do, through my reading of the history of the city and my wandering in the constant research for hidden corners, is to transfer my passion to my guests, in the hope that it becomes a bit theirs too.
Arranging the apartments, I always try to interpret the needs of my guests, what they may need exactly as if I were the one who should stay.
The price includes the use of all equipment on, sheets and towels, access to the Internet, the cot, the consumption of heating and air conditioning, as well as the final cleaning.
It does not include the city tax of the City of Venice which has to be paid in cash on arrival.
Great apartment and location, short walk to Vaporetto stop and wonderful neighborhood restaurants. Most impressive is the care and communication from the apartment manager, Rosa. I had plenty of questions leading up to our stay and she always answered promptly. When we had a delayed flight and had to make new arrangements for a checkin with my son, she graciously took everything in stride. There were helpful tips, information about Venice and Prosecco waiting for us when we finally checked in. Bed was very comfortable and entire apartment is impeccably clean with a great kitchen, fully stocked should you want to stay in (we didn't stay long enough to). Will definitely stay again as we loved our time here!
This 2 bed 2 bath apartment was perfect for us; 3 seniors & 1 almost senior. It was walkable for pretty much everywhere we wanted to go. The Vaporetto stop is within walking distance. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is modern, the living room seats 4 comfortably (it could use a small coffee table in front of the couch to put your feet up after those long walking days )and everything is clean! Rosa met us at the Vaporetto stop and walked us back to the apartment. She oriented us to the neighborhood, left us maps, provided us with a bag of cookies & a bottle of prosecco which was a wonderful way to start our afternoon. We had breakfast in the apartment everyday, one evening even had a light dinner. The kitchen has everything you need, except an oven, if you are someone who wants to make big roasted dinners while your on vacation. Just remember that Italian apartments on the 1st floor are really the 2nd story so you have to carry your luggage up a beautiful flight of stone stairs to the apartment. We all agreed we would go back to stay there again, and, hope to do so in the future.
My wife and I and our two friends recently spent 4 nights in Rosa's two bedroom and two bathroom apartment (DIVYA). Rosa was excellent with communication on the apartment from when I booked the apartment many months ago. And what a delight to meet her - she was very kind, sweet and helpful. The apartment is on the first floor (so not to far to carry your bags) and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Rosa kindly left some welcome goodies and there was plenty of coffee pods available. We found that the location of the apartment was perfect in the Santa Croce/San Polo area and only 10-15 minutes walk from the train station. It was an ideal spot to then explore the other neighborhoods of Venice. The apartment is a great option for 2 couples or a family. Thanks Rosa for helping us to have such a memorable stay in Venice.
The apartment was clean, beautiful, centrally located in Venice, and equipped with all the amenities we needed, including a clothes washer downstairs. The owner, Rosa, was so sweet and helpful with our stay and suggestions. Highly recommended!
From the very first enquiry, Rosa was very prompt and efficient with all communication. We were met at our water taxi on arrival by the lovely Mrs Ballini, who led us to the apartment, showed us how everything worked and gave us a great deal of useful information about restaurants, getting around and Venice in general. The apartment was immaculate, and just as described. Having such a comfortable home to return to each evening made our Venice stay all the more enjoyable. We would thoroughly recommend this apartment to anyone and would gladly return.
Rosa's apartment in the San Polo area of Venice was lovely! Ideal for the number in our party it was clean, modernly and comfortably furnished and very well equipped with all necessities. Ideally located away from the busiest and noisiest areas and yet close enough to get to any neighbourhood in a short amount of time. Charming!
Rosa herself was wonderful to deal with and was so helpful and gracious, making certain that we found our way, had everything we needed and providing information on sites and restaurants that we should not miss on our visit.
We loved Venice - a charming, magical city, unlike anywhere else in the world and having such worry-free accommodation only heightened our overall experience.
Do not hesitate to book with Rosa - you will not regret it!
