Our lovely, privately owned apartment in the exclusive Bellresguard development which is located just a minutes walk from the famous Pine Walk, running alongside one of the most beautiful sandy bays in the Mediterranean to the charming seaside town of Puerto Pollensa with its family friendly restaurants, bars and amenities.
Please note - The Community of Owners have asked all apartment owners in this development to display the following notice
"This is a gated residential community. It does not have the facilities of an "aparta-hotel" such as; reception desk, lifeguards, pool fencing, poolside toilets, security guards etc. Renters must read and compliy with the Community Rules, so as to cause no disturbance to other residents."
The apartment has air-conditioning/heating throughout. The property has a large balcony, off the living room and directly overlooks the swimming pool and landscaped gardens below.
The kitchen/dining and lounge area are open plan. The kitchen is fully equipped and leads to a separate utility room with washing machine and large sink for washing sandy clothes and swim wear. There is a comfortable L shaped sofa for rest and relaxation. There is a built in security safety box in the lounge.
There are table and chairs on the balcony along with a retractable awning. And highlight of the apartment is sole access to the stunning large roof terrace that enjoys both sea and mountain views.
The balcony is ideal for relaxing breakfasts and the roof terrace for evening meals watching the sun set. There is use of a shared child friendly 3 tier swimming pool with sun terrace and loungers provided.
Our apartment is in an elevated position at the rear of the Bellresguard development so it is one of only a few apartments that offer both panoramic sea and mountain views and being at the rear is in a quiet location..The roof terrace is 75 square meters and benefits from a built in BBQ, washbasin, there is an outside shower and garden area. There are several sun loungers, wooden table, wooden chairs (a pagola awaiting new installation for 2023). The roof terrace is for sole use of our guests.
The three bedrooms are comfortable, with two having direct views over the pool and sun terrace. The rooms have shutters, when closed, these provide 'black out' facility in the rooms themselves. The shutters also provide an additional security function to the apartment.

The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower and hand held shower. Built in wardrobe along with small four drawer unit, two bedside, two drawer unit and bedside lights. Integrated USB charging points either side of bed.
The second bedroom also overlooking the pool has new twin beds which can be pushed together to give a double size bed it has built in wardrobe along with four drawer unit,two, two drawer bedside tables and bedside lights and integrated USB charging.
The third bedroom overlooks the rear of the development. It has built in wardrobe with shelves, there is a small chest of drawers. Airconditioning in room, 'black out' shutter on window, quiet room.

There is ample free car parking available at short walk on a side street adjacent to the apartment building.
At the front of the development is Store Fermentor a mini-market/cafe/deli that serves a range of meals, including great breakfasts - also fresh bread, croissant, coffee, ice cream, soft drinks, wine and beers are available.
