This property is set at on a point on the Mediterranean so that we have 180 degrees of world class ocean views set in scenic rock formation. The view is breathtaking! It's unique location facilitates maximum privacy even though it is only a short distance into the town of La Herradura. The next town is Nerja. Aside from it's location, it is in a microclimate which allows even milder temperatures than most of the locations around the Mediterranean.

Aside from enjoying the ocean view and relaxing by the pool, we have a path that leads down to the ocean for fishing.

Amazing Seaside Villa & Location

Our stay at the Paradise Point Villa was without doubt one of the best vacation experiences we have ever had. An amazing cliff top location with fabulous views and proximity to nature, very private yet not isolated, this property is an exceptional find. The villa is spacious, welcoming and very well appointed and maintained. Our communications with the owner and the local property manager were always responded to quickly with clear, helpful and personal attention. We will definitely be returning (in fact our stay next year is already booked)!

This property is the best villa we have ever stayed in.

Location Location Location !It is completely private with the most amazing views from sunrise over the ocean to sunset.Wake up in the master bedroom and the view at the bottom of the bed is just clear blue water.

The villa is extremely comfortable and really well equipped with quality appliances.

We enjoyed two weeks of total relaxation,peace and quiet.

The local area is lovely some great little restaurants and a trip to Granada is recommended.

We will be returning.Thank you.

Stunning views

This villa has the wow factor the views are stunning spent hours just looking out to sea watching dolphins swim along side the boats . The inside is so tastefully done out never sat in a bath before looking out to sea . The best holiday we have ever had . We can't wait for next year as we have booked again 😀

Wonderful location

Wonderful location everything you need is there you will need a car for shopping etc there are two local beaches the one near the marina has a family run restaurant and on herradura beach there are many I would highly recommend this villa our party consisted of 5 adults and 2 children the housekeeper even Provided a cot

Fabulous family holiday in stunning location

We had a wonderful three week stay at Paradise Point to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary.

The property fully matched our expectations. The house is well equipped and fitted out to a high standard. The master suite is lovely with wonderful views of the sea.

The outside and poolside areas are fantastic with magnificent views in all directions. We had every meal outside and enjoyed lots of time by the pool with friends and family.

The location is spectacular and only a five minute drive from the beach where there are numerous shops and restaurants. It is also a convenient distance from Málaga.

Andy and Jackie, who look after the house, were extremely helpful and keep the place spotless and well maintained.

We had such a fabulous time that we have booked again for 2016 for a whole month!

Car: recommended


This is a gorgeous property set on its own peninsular, thus it is surrounded with 270º of ocean views, completely private and only 20 mins walk to the beach and the village of La Herradura, or 5 mins drive. There are many chiringuito restaurants right on the beach. There is a windsurfing/sailing school, canoeing, and pedaloes. Water skiing .And, of course, swimming. Paragliding facilities are nearby. Scuba diving is very popular. Marina del Este, about 5 mins drive from the house, has an excellent diving school. You can also hire skippered yachts and motor boats for day trips.


Malaga airport is a 50 minutes, all motorway. Granada airport 1 hour. Mostly motorway. there are many car hire firms at Malaga airport. A car is recommended. One can reach Santander port by car in about 12 hours non stop. Or take a more leisurely journey with an overnight stop north of Madrid en route. From the French seaports of Calais or Dover, or via the Euro tunnel it is two full days driving or extend your trip and take in two nights in France en route.


La Herradura is a unique Spanish seaside village, defying the passage of time, it retains all the old charm so fast disappearing elsewhere. it has beach restaurants, two supermarkets, banks, newsagent, food market.. Almunecar is the closest town, 3 kilometres away with large supermarkets, a wonderful food market, large medical centre and much more. Granada is 50 mins drive and boasts the Alhambra Palace, a must see tourist attraction. Cordoba and Seville are also only a few hours drive.

Further Details:

La herradura enjoys an active night life in summer with several discos and the la cochera nightclub with live music at weekends. Various bars have flamenco shows or guitarists playing. This very Spanish village still maintains a close connection with its cultural roots. Andres Segovia had a house in La Herradura and every year, in November the village hosts an international Guitar Competition in the wonderful theatre at the town hall. Other classical and flamenco concerts are held in La Herradura and Almunecar. Nerja is 15 mins away and has many good boutique shops, lots of restaurants serving an international range of menus. there is live entertainment nightly in summer on the Balcon de Europa and the Caves of Nerja are well worth visiting.
