These Grade ll listed buildings are a perfect base at any time of the year with plenty of walks directly from the door and an abundance of birds and wildlife. Just 30 minutes away from the Cardiganshire Coast and Preselis hills you will find plenty to do if you want to venture further afield. We are centrally located for a variety of attractions and activities. There are riding stables nearby and fly fishing lessons can be arranged on the river Teifi with Harry our local ghillie. The National Botanic Garden of Wales and the lost Gardens of Aberglasney make a lovely day trip. No visit would be complete without a visit to St David’s cathedral or a trip to the Georgian town of Aberaeron.
All bedrooms are on the first floor, 2 have king size beds and the others are a twin and 2 singles. There are 2 bathrooms both with bath/shower wash basin and toilet. In addition there is a shower room on the ground floor.
The main lounge has comfortable sofas and chairs and a wood burning stove set in a large ingle nook fireplace, TV with freeview, DVD/Blu ray player plus access to a library of DVDs.
The rear lounge is stocked with a comprehensive library of art and craft books and from this room is the large shower room with wash hand basin and toilet.
The kitchen/dining room is well equipped with fridge, separate freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and seating for eight. There is a dart board, plenty of board games, books and an iphone docking station. From the kitchen there is a utility room with washing machine, dryer and belfast basin and access to the side lawn.
