About Paula Whybrow

Why Paula Whybrow chose Calbourne
We bought the property for a holiday home. We have found that its proximity to the home counties gives us easy access to an area of outstanding natural beauty complemented by a very good water sport environment.
What makes this Cottage unique
Besides its beautiful rural location, the most notable feature is its grounds. Set in 1.75 acres together with the main Farmhouse there is a great sense of tranquillity and freedom.

Perfect family cosy retreat.
Wonderful family break with 3 boys and a dog. The rural setting and grounds are super for exploring and playing. The cottage itself was very clean, really cosy, warm and extensively well equipped. Beds, bedding and furnishing all really comfortable and lovely soft towels. We really settled here and were all more than happy to return to this lovely cottage when the weather cut short our excursions. A big thank you to Paula and John for our half term break, the Old Brewhouse made our holiday !
Very good and enjoyable stay and will come again
Happy ambience, well equipped, good for walking the West Wight. Good meals at Horse and Groom five minutes by car and The George in Yarmouth.
Recommend cabs run by Britta 07553 567567 willing to turn out whereas the 'local boys' are reluctant.
