Please note that there has been a refurbishment since the video was made but all the photos in the photo section listed have been updated. A comfortable and modern ground floor air conditioned apartment with a master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom and a further twin bedded room with family bathroom and a well equipped open plan kitchen and lounge/diner is set peacefully in beautifully landscaped gardens with a 3 tiered swimming pool and cafe/bar. There are a further 3 swimming pools on site with cafe/bars and a continental restaurant. Children's play areas with swings and slide are set nearby in the lawned areas. There's a children's club in the main season,basket ball, net ball, mini golf and tennis courts for the guests to use and a handy local shop where you can buy news papers, milk, bread and general groceries.This fabulous location set in manicured gardens with plenty of open spaces is close enough to walk to the old town and fisherman's beach. A 20-25 minute stroll is all it will take. and if you don't fancy the walk which maybe too much for the very small children then you can take advantage of the courtesy busy that will take you in for no charge, twice a day, in the morning and afternoon.There is also a public transport service if you wish to be totally independent from just outside the complex.There are two major supermarkets, Aldi and Lidl and they are only 5 minutes away in a Taxi. You can stock up for your holiday and the taxi will cost you less than a fiver. The words of Victor Kiam were that he loved the company so much he decided to buy it. Well my wife and I fell in love with Club Albufeira and while I couldn't afford to buy the whole company I managed a small part in the form of an apartment.The apartment has it's own private wifi connection and the lounge now contains a new Samsung smart TV with full internet capability and a new Sony dvd player allowing for that relaxing night in, watching the popular British soaps or that favorite film. There is a fitted safe in the master bedroom.

Magnifique appartement Tout le nécessaire est prévu. Mark est très réactif aux demandes. Je vous conseille sans hésitez ! Nous avons acheté un parasol pour la plage que nous avons laissé à disposition pour les autres locataires.

Fabulous accommodation

The apartment was so well equipped and very clean. The location was excellent and it was great having your own, very comfortable sun loungers outside in your own patio area. Mark and Jane were excellent hosts and kept in touch both before our visit and during our stay. We had a fantastic holiday and we will definitely be back.

Good Location

Clube Albufeira is a lovely resort within 25 minutes pleasant walk of the town centre and beaches. The location of this apartment is in a great location for the top pool (which is heated in winter). The apartment itself was clean and had everything needed to enjoy our holiday. Communication with Mark, the owner, was brilliant. In fact, we tried to book again for next year but already booked up!

My name is Mark and my wife is Jane. I'm approaching 60 years of age and still in full time employment as is my wife who works in the N.H.S. We both fell in love with Albufeira 4 years ago after our first visit and hence 4 years on we decided to invest in an apartment where we could spend time with the family on holiday and also have the ability to rent it out.We covered most of Albufeira in our search of an apartment and decided this one ticked all the boxes.

A very modern and recently refurbished ground floor apartment set in truly beautiful idyllic surroundings ensuring a really relaxing holiday .An ideal location close enough to the old town and fisherman's beach but far enough for a peaceful relaxing time.

What makes this property unique

The ground floor apartment gives you easy access. French windows open out onto a private patio and communal gardens that slope down towards a 3 tier pool including a child'spool.
