Ancient and cozy stone building, tastefully renovated , in the heart of the beautiful Polignano a Mare, in a small quiet street in the center, 50 meters from the main square, 200 meters from the sea.
Thanks to the large door and windows surrounding the entire building, the apartment is bright and has two floors: living room with kitchen and loft bedroom on the first floor, bedroom with two bunk beds and bathroom below.
Airconditioner available on both levels. The stone walls provide an ideal temperature in every season.

TV on both levels, fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioning, washmachine.
In central position, just outside the historic center, with easy access by car to the apartment. Free parking area in surrounding streets.
The small street where it is located is far from any activity that may cause noise.

A casa tem localização excelente. O acesso aos quartos requer subir e descer escadas perigosas. Banho quente dura apenas 5 minutos. Estacionamento perto da casa é bastante difícil no verão.

Vacanza perfetta

Vacanza splendida, ci siamo trovati casualmente per le festa patronale! Tanta confusione in giro ma l'appartamento anche se in pieno centro restava in una stradina tranquilla. Il parcheggio in giornate trafficate, l'abbiamo trovato a 5 minuti a piedi, comunque fattibile. Nell'appartamento abbiamo trovato tutto ciò che ci serviva, completo, pulito e vicino a tutto.
