Large secluded villa surrounded by large (1 acre) beautifully tranquil garden, just a 10 minute walk from the beach.

Ideal for family holidays or golfers.

Set in beautifully landscaped gardens with lawns and tropical plants, the house has a huge south facing terrace with plenty of shade, comfortable sun loungers and seating for alfresco dining.

There's a large private pool (8m x 12m), which is fenced for child safety and has an easy access shallow end for children and elderly. Barbecue by the pool.

Beaches, good value restaurants and bars as well as supermarkets are all nearby.

Cot beds and high-chairs for infants available on request.

Dated, tired property without aircon not listed correctly
I would strongly advise against staying at this property. We stayed at the end of the season and many of the pool items and things around the house were tired and broken. The house is dated (which you can tell from the photos) however the owner is also not to be trusted and don’t be surprised if you are charged your security deposit to pay for items around the villa that need fixing upon departure. The patio doors are also only locked with pieces of wood leaving you vulnerable to potential theft. What more can I say you have been warned… our children also caught a nasty rash from something in the grounds of the villa.

Pas d'appréciation possible car sejournon effectué. Message propriétaire pour report séjour.
Avec le covid-19, vol annulé et séjour reporté car propriétaire, sur votre intervention, a accepté dans ce contexte et malgré sa politique d'annulation, de mettre le paiement en crédit pour un futur séjour avec dates fixées en accord mutuel. Par contre, malgré de nombreux échanges mail avec propriétaire et votre service clientèle pour qu'il annule nos dates de séjour pour qu'il figure en crédit, rien n'a été fait. En cette période si particulière, on peut comprendre.. Cordialement. Patrick Rouaud

Great find
We had such a lovely stay last week at the villa. The villa was nice and spacious and prefect size to fit all the family. The pool was very large with steps leading down so easy for our three year old to get in and out. The pool is gated which is so hard to find but a must for us having 2 small children. There is a fantastic restaurant at the back of the villa who were brilliant with the children we ended up eating there 3 times. Beaches 10 mins drive. All in all a great villa in a great location.

Maison agréable mais peut mieux faire
Une maison bien située et agréable à vivre. Mais un point important , la maison n’est pas climatisée, seule une chambre sur les 3 à la climatisation, et une autre climatisation dans l’entrée. C’était un des critères important de notre choix et l’annonce est fausse sur ce sujet. Concernant l’électroménager, il date d’un autre temps, notamment le lave linge, les couverts se déboîtent et on reste avec la fourchette dans la bouche et le manche dans la main. Je passe sur les serviettes de bain trouées. Au prix de la semaine, ces derniers détails méritent d’être corrigés. Les autres prestations la piscine, l’entretien intérieur et extérieur sont de qualité.

We are a family who have owned this property for more than 30 years and have spent all our family holidays here over the years. Carvoeiro has maintained its charm as a lovely village with great restaurants and little boutiques. We love walking to the beach, having a swim and some fresh seafood for lunch before heading back for sun-downers by the pool. The area has over 10 beaches to explore so we never get bored.

Why they chose this property

We bought the house because it has both sea view as well as mountain views to the rear. It has a lovely mature garden with pine trees and their wonderful scent. It has been lovingly cared for and refurbished by us and we hope you will fall in love with it like we did.
