A 3 bedroom cottage which accommodates up to 6 guests. It has a large kitchen, dining room, and large lounge. Accomodation is all on the ground floor. Lounge and dining room each have french doors onto a patio area with patio furniture, and a charcoal barbecue is provided. Ample off-road parking for 4 cars. The cottage is in a quiet cul-de-sac in a sleepy village, a haven of peace and quiet, within a very short drive of several of South Pembrokeshire's best beaches and family attractions.

Geoff and Pam Lloyd are the owners of Ty Gerllyn. We built Ty Gerllyn as a retirement project back in the 90's but have decided not to move to Pembs in retirement. We currently live in Cardiff.

Lovely and spacious with a homely feel

Our 3rd year at the bungalow and we feel right at home as soon as we walk through the door. We really appreciate the welcome pack of Welsh cakes, milk and tea bags when we first arrive, after our long drive. It has all the appliances and equipment a you need for a self catering holiday.The bungalow is ideal for all 3 generations of our family, the kids love to run around in the garden and the adults enjoy the peace and quiet of the rural surroundings. It is ideally situated to some nearby beaches Amroth with the lovely pirates cafe which the children love and coppett hall beach, which is great for families as it has all the facilities you need near to the beach cafe,toilets and showers. We can't wait to come back again next year.

Wonderful long weekend away

We loved our long weekend at this very well equipped and well positioned home from home. It is near to so many fantastic beaches and other Pembrokeshire attractions such as Folly Farm, Blue Lagoon and Oakwood. The bungalow was very spacious, and had absolutely everything we needed to make our family stay with three children a comfortable and relaxing break. We were particularly impressed with the Bathrooms which were 5* and the professional communications with the owners. Thank you for a memorable family holiday. We hope to be back soon.

We had a fabulous holiday the accommodation was impressive the photos do not do it justice.

A lovely clean spacious bungalow in a very quiet location. Short trips by car for very enjoyable days to Saundersfoot and Pendine beech as the weather was great. The shower had a quiet a big step which was not anticipated and both my parents struggled with this due to their mobility, other than that the bungalow was great for them.

Very impressed - Lovely bungalow

Four adults had a great stay at this bungalow. Lovely to look at, clean, spacious. My mother in law kept staying how nice it was and I had chosen well. It is not far from the various beaches. Wi-Fi is a great bonus. The people who own it and the lady who looks after it are lovely people to deal with. I will recommend this bungalow to any friends heading in this direction.

There is a lovely sandy beach at Amroth just 3 miles south of Ludchurch. Also Wiseman's Bridge, Saundersfoot and Tenby are within a short drive. Tenby is 8 miles. Ludchurch is well situated for access to both South Pembs beaches and North Pembs beaches and easy access for Oakwood Theme Park and Bluestone Aquadome

Travel:

A car is essential as there is no public transport through Ludchurch. Nearest transport hubs are Kilgetty and Narberth where rail and bus are available.

Distances:

Narberth 4 miles. A quaint market town with delis, galleries, cafes, and craft shops/boutiques. Banks and Post Office

Kilgetty 5 miles. Small town with supermarket, takeaways, railway station and bus hub.

Tenby. The well known seaside resort of Tenby is only 8 miles away.

Saundersfoot. Seaside resort some 5 miles away.

Further Details:

Oakwood Theme Park and Bluestone Aquadome are an easy 10 minute drive (7 miles) away.

The local caravan park (Woodland Vale) - approx 200 yards - has a clubhouse. The restaurant and evening entertainment can also be used.

Changeover Day:
Changeover is Saturday for weekly guests. The property is available from 4pm, sometimes earlier depending on cleaning. Possible to drop off luggage after 11am.
For 3 night weekend changeover Friday. For 4 night mid week on Mondays.
