Farmhouse in Allemans
This is a newly renovated property with peace and quiet over looking fields.

This farmhouse is a two storey with 4 bedrooms and sleeps 8 + 2 infants accomadation only.

2 bedrooms, 1 double, 1 with 2 single beds, shower/wc on the first floor.

Lounge, 2 x double bedrooms, Kitchen, shower/wc on the ground floor.

Linen and towels will be supplied.

Please state if you need cots/ highchairs

Small garden with BBQ surrounded by a fence. Patio area and an above ground pool.

parking are on the main drive, this is shared.

Free WIFI

Epeluche is a tiny drive through village just 5 min drive or 30 mins walk along from the holiday let. This is a lovely walk. There is a cafe/restaurant in the village but is only open between May to September. ( Please be aware if you walk to the village at night you will need a torch if returning in the dark.) Epeluche has a boat carnival/fun fair once a year and is held around the 20th of August. The dates can be checked for each year on the internet.

St Severen has a crazy golf. 10 mins drive from Allemans.

Lac Jemaye ( Large lake with white sands, restaurants and shops. There is a nice walking/cycling area around the lake). 25 min drive from Allemans.

Riberac village with super markets,shops, cafes, restaurants, site seeing and on fridays the local market day. Riberac open pool area ( please be advised that this is a trunks only for men/boys and no swimming shorts allowed. 10 mins drive from Allemans.

Brantome is a beautiful village where you can go canoeing, shops, restaurants and a lovely park area ( a must see) 45/50 mins drive from Allemans.

Perigeaux is large town with lots of sites to see, shops, restaurants, cafes. 45/55 mins drive from Allemans.

Bordeaux is a city with many things to do. 1 hour 45 mins from Allemans.

Bergerac 1 hour drive from Allemans.

Brodeaux 1 hour 45 mins from Allemans.

Limoges 2 hour drive fro Allemans.
