Perfect !

We enjoyed our time in Grubing very much. The house had everything that was needed and was decorated beautifully with Christmas decorations. The location was good in a quiet location close to the lifts with lovely views of the mountains. The kitchen was well equipped and the lounge cosy and comfortable. We would definitely recommend this place.

We waren er eind februari met ons hele gezin en hebben genoten van het huis, het terras, we hadden prachtig open weer!, de omgeving. Ook in de wintermaanden kun je er prachtige wandelingen maken. Het skigebied was ook prima je kunt mooie tochten maken met brede pistes. Alleen jammer dat er geen dal afdaling is je moet altijd met de cabine naar beneden. Maar verder echt in alles een aanrader!

Wir waren mit einer Reisegruppe von 10 Erwachsenen und 6 Kindern für einen Skiurlaub in diesem modernen und zugleich gemütlich eingerichteten Ferienhaus. Die Lage an einem Hang mit tollem Ausblick und der Talstation der Panoramabahn Kitzbüheler Alpen in Sichtweite ist ideal. Das Haus ist insgesamt sehr geräumig und mit ausreichend Schlafzimmern, modernen Badezimmern und einer schönen Sauna ausgestattet. Kleine Abstriche müssen wir leider bei der Größe des Esstisches, er reicht für maximal 12 Personen, und der schon arg beanspruchten Sitzbank machen. Die Sauberkeit bei Übernahme des Ferienhauses lies mit Staub und Scherben auf Böden und einigen verschmutzten Schubladen etwas zu wünschen übrig. Insgesamt hatten wir jedoch einen tollen Aufenthalt und trotz der kleinen Mängel ist dieses Ferienhaus absolut zu empfehlen.

Great location, the house is very nice for a few families with kids. House location is good with easy access to the slopes. Clean and very well equipped, we really appreciated the sauna. The ski domain is amazing and appropriate for any skill levels.
