Of woods, fields, vineyards and olive groves is the ancient Villa Avanella complex, which includes the traditional country villa, the typical Tuscan barn, and about 100 mt., 4 apartments built by the characteristic Tuscan rural schools. All of the complex has been restored respecting the architectural features of the buildings and has been fenced along its own perimeter. The buildings are furnished with the classic style of Tuscan villas. Outside the buildings, guests can take advantage of the equipped garden, of the 2 swimming pools: one of mt. 10 x 20, with solar shower located near the Villa and the Barn, the other of mt. 9 x 4 located near the apartments, 2 barbecue masonry and laundry facilities.
