The apartment "L'Ancora" is a brand new, elegant apartment conveniently placed.
Located in the pedestrian area of Groton, Pearl of the Adriatic, on the waterfront and downtown.

It consists of a bedroom, a living room with double sofa bed, a bathroom with large shower. In total 4 beds. Second floor with elevator.

Upon availability, you can also book an adjoining apartment (Apartment The Lighthouse) and take advantage of a second bedroom, a second bathroom and a second living room with 2 sofa beds.

Un appartamento favoloso, confortevole ed elegante

Una location perfetta per le vacanze al mare.Un appartamento bellissimo e dotato di ogni comfort. Gentilezza e professionalità dei proprietari.Che altro dire dell'appartamento "L' Ancora" a Grottammare?Non potete trovare luogo migliore, più curato, più vicino alla spiaggia e soprattutto più accogliente per trascorrere una vacanza indimenticabile.La mia famiglia ed io ci torneremo presto!

Vista super e interni davvero raffinati

L'appartamento risponde perfettamente alla descrizione, ha una posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro e i servizi e si trova a due secondi dalla spiaggia. Nel locale ci sono tutti i confort necessari, un bagno grande, le stanze sono ben arieggiate e non ci sono zanzare. Bisogna convivere con i treni, ma questo è normale a grottammare.
