La Casa Azzurra is a delightful two-room attic apartment located in San Lorenzo al mare (IM) just a few meters from the beach.
San Lorenzo is a beautiful Ligurian village overlooking the sea, with typical colorful fishermen's houses and protected behind by mountains that guarantee its mild climate all year round.

The house consists of a large living area that serves as a dining room and living room with a brand new double sofa bed with a full-size mattress. The kitchen (small in size but super-equipped), 1 bathroom with shower and bidet, 1 double bedroom.
The equipment in the house is complete: refrigerator, oven, induction cooktop, microwave oven, coffee maker, blender, toaster, dishwasher, and washing machine. Recently purchased plates, glasses, pots and dishes. Ironing board and iron, 43-inch Samsung LCD Smart TV are also available. The whole apartment has a modern air conditioning system. Wi-Fi internet access is free of charge. The apartment is set in a nice setting with public green space right under the house. It is equipped with free condominium parking while supplies last. At the moment the private garage is not available as extraordinary works were needed but it can be used to store beach equipment and bicycles. There are two large balconies not fully usable in height because as it is an attic the roof covers the outside access. Very few meters from the house you can find a mini-market, public gardens with children's games.
In addition, also in the immediate vicinity, you can take advantage of the beautiful bicycle path that is almost 27 kilometers long and runs from Borgo Prino to Ospedaletti. You can take this path on foot or by bike, and whichever way you choose you will receive a unique emotion as a gift...The sea and the roar of the waves on one side, the unspoiled nature on the other, go together to create a setting that cannot be found in any other bike path in Italy.
Moreover, the French border is really just a stone's throw away.... Menton, Nice, Monte Carlo are definitely worth a visit.
