Modern Apartment Set in the Heart Of the Cairngorms National Park

Located in the heart of the Cairngorm National Park in the Scottish Highlands this luxury apartment offers guests everything they need for a fantastic stay in the Highlands. The apartment sleeps 6 and is within a 10-minute walk of the town centre of Aviemore.

The lounge offers guests ample seating, 3D TV with Freeview, free Wi-Fi internet access and a Bose speaker system to connect a smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth or AUX cable. The modern open plan kitchen is equipped with an electric double oven & hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, integrated wine cooler, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, en suite shower room and fitted wardrobes. The second bedroom has a super-king bed, fitted wardrobes and mirror. The third bedroom consists of a single bed with additional pull out single bed. The family bathroom has a separate shower, bath, wash hand basin and toilet. Utility room with washing machine. Cloakroom with toilet. Underfloor heating throughout with temperature control in each room.

Guests have access to the entire property. Prior to your arrival, we will email guests a contact number for the property owner or local housekeeper for your use should you require any assistance during your stay. The quiet and tranquil area of the Highlands and a haven for local wildlife. From the property, you will be able to spot birds of prey, but head 2-minutes out of Aviemore and you can spot a lot of wildlife, we recommend travelling to Loch Morlich for a great view and wildlife watching. A car is recommended when staying in the Highlands, however, this is not a necessity. The local taxi service operates 24 hours of the day. There is a train and bus station in town, allowing guests to travel north or south to explore more of what the Highlands has to offer. The nearest airport is Inverness Airport and can be accessed within a 45 -minute drive. No smoking. Not suitable for pets. No parties or events. Check-in time is 4 PM - 10 PM. Check out time is 10 am. Although housekeeping staff will clean the property after you leave, we respectfully ask all guests to clean and put away any plates, cups, glasses, etc they have used during their stay. All bed linen, towels (one hand towel and one bath towel per person), electricity, heating and Wi-Fi are included in the price. A starter pack of supplies includes toilet rolls, complimentary sachets of coffee, sugar, teabags.

Lovely stay
We have recently spent a week at The Steading Apartment (No 9). The apartment was spotlessly clean, perfectly furnished and had everything we needed. A real home from home. The location is excellent being in a quiet area, but so close to the main street and with a wealth of activities nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this accommodation.

The second we walked into the property we fell in love. The second I opened the windows and listened to the creek I felt such peace. I was there with my parents and my husband and twin sons. There was plenty of room for us all and it was very comfortable. The cottage was very well equipped with everything that we could need.
