About this property

We have a top floor balcony on the ocean so there's nothing between you and the sky to enjoy the morning sun or the evening stars. Inside, we take a lot of pride to ensure that we consistently provide a fresh, neat, clean home that looks newly updated all the time.

Don't stress over packing up the car.....EVER! YOU'RE ON VACATION AFTER ALL! Just grab your beach stuff and head out through the dunes to the ocean! Ready to eat or just hang out off the ocean? Set up at our pool that is open year round and heated Mar 1 - Nov 30 OR walk across the street to Coligny Plaza where you'll find restaurants, shopping, music, nightlife, an ice cream shop and even a grocery store.

Our home has everything you need to have a convenient, comfortable and enjoyable stay on the ocean including a well equipped kitchen with a new Ninja convection oven, brand new washer and dryer, new 55in Smart TV with 100+ HD channels and lots of storage! We provide beach chairs, beach toys, a beach umbrella and boogie boards too! There is Wi-Fi and high-speed internet throughout the complex and we always use CDC approved disinfectants and cleaning methods.

There's tons to do near us too! Celebration Park (10 acres) is right across the street, 60 miles of bike paths to ride, sunset dinner cruises or maybe just sitting on the beach in front of our unit watching sunrise.

We have both been in the customer service industry for 45+ years and have hosted over 300 family's, so when you choose us, you should EXPECT an awesome vacation experience that exceeds your every expectation.

Family Vacation 2024

This condo was perfect for our family of 5 with 3 young children. Our girls (6,4) loved the bunk beds and they were very comfortable. Our son who is 2 we put on a little cot that we brought beside our bed in the bedroom and it fit great! You cannot beat the location for convenience and good bike riding! The unit was very clean and kitchen was well stocked. I have celiac and cannot eat gluten and was worried about not having a true oven as we cook most of our meals, but the ninja countertop oven was perfect and so easy to use!! We will absolutely be back!

Great Place, Perfect Location

Annual trip to Hilton Head and decided to switch places to stay and very happy with condo! Convenient location, walking distance to everything and amazing access to beach. Condo was clean and comfortable.

Three week stay at Breakers 307

The rental was exactly as listed and was very clean. The owner reached out during our stay to see if we had any questions or concerns, which was nice. The host was very nice and wanted to make we had a great experience. We had a nice enjoyable stay in Hilton Head.

Alison and I have been married for 41 yrs and are from northeast Ohio which is where we raised our two, now married children. When we're not spending family vacation time on Hilton Head we're hanging out with our 5 Grandchildren every chance we get!

Why they chose this property

Well, we finally made the move to purchase a second home and what a great place to end up. Who doesn't love the ocean beaches and as a bonus, our family loves golf and tennis too! Alison's dream was to wake up with a hot cup of coffee on a balcony over-looking the ocean...so...here we are!

What makes this property unique

The Breakers 307 is one of the very limited ocean front properties on HHI and one of even fewer ocean front properties that are also directly across the street from Coligny Plaza, know as Hilton Heads downtown. We now have 7 years of providing guest experiences, having hosted over 300 couples and families in our home during that time. We would very much look forward to hosting your stay on the island too!
