La Caumino is a beautiful Provencal villa of 150 m2, on a plot planted with green and white oaks of 2500 m2, allowing absolute rest. Located between the Lacoste castle and the Saint Hilaire abbey, the house is widely open to the outside with its two terraces which welcome you throughout the day. In a generous nature, with its 3 bedrooms, 2 on the ground floor and one upstairs, the house is ideal for 6 people. It offers contemporary decoration. The 10x5m secure swimming pool will refresh your hot summer days.
We hope that you will enjoy this little corner of paradise, in Provence, just awakened by the sound of birds and lulled by the song of cicadas, simply come and enjoy and recharge your batteries in our family home. The magnificent village of Lacoste will undoubtedly charm you, preserved for centuries in a green setting.

Perfect location and amazing house

The house is located in a very quiet area of Lacoste so you can enjoy a peaceful stay. The house is very well maintained, of great taste and very well equipped. Patrick was really kind and welcomed us with great attention. Probably the best rental we’ve experienced. We will be back!

Erholung und Ruhe in in wundervoller Lage

Wir haben hier im Juli 2020 zwei Wochen mit unseren 14 und 16 Jahre alten Kindern verbracht. Das Haus und Grundstück sind in der Realität noch viel schöner, als es die Photos erahnen lassen. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in der Nähe von Lacoste, umgeben von anderen Grundstücken, die wohl meist Zweitwohnsitze sind. Hervorzuheben ist, dass man auf der Terrasse und dem Grundstück immer Schattenplätze durch den alten Baumbestand hat. Wunderbar, bei Temperaturen um die 30 Grad. Der Pool hat eine perfekte Größe zum Schwimmen, die Wasserqualität ist super (nicht soviel Chlor). 4 Liegen sowie zwei separate Sonnenschirme am Pool sind vorhanden. Das Haus verfügt über zwei aneinandergrenzende Terrassen. Eine mit kleiner Loungeecke ausgestattet, die andere mit großem Sonnenschirm und Teakholzmöbeln. Das Haus selbst ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail provenzialisch eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist klasse. Vor allem die Küche bietet alles, was man zum Kochen braucht. Sogar Gewürze sind vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit Patrick, dem Vermieter, hat wunderbar geklappt. Während unseres Aufenthaltes hat er sich bei Fragen sofort gekümmert. Bei diesem Haus merkt man einfach, dass der Besitzer dort selbst einmal gelebt hat! Einfach empfehlenswert.

Un vrai petit nid

La maison et l’emplacement sont idéales pour ceux qui cherche le calme et Des activités ( villages, forêt, carrière d’ocre) Beaucoup de choses à découvrir aux alentours tout en ayant la possibilité de se retrouver au calme. La maison est très agréable, il y a tout le confort. Le propriétaire est disponible et très arrangeant. Nous avons trouvé un endroit propre, fonctionnel. C’est une très belle découverte !
