Beautifully converted from the farm's 18th century grain store, Mill Barn is an exceptionally spacious and characterful 4* Gold property, comfortably sleeping 6, and is ideal for families and groups of friends looking to explore Cornwall's coast and countryside.The impressively generous open-plan upstairs living area has its original vaulted ceiling and wonderful views across the valley. The large country-style kitchen area is well-equipped and has a spacious dining area with DAB radio/CD. The living area has large sofas around the woodburner, a TV, DVD player, Netflix and super-fast wi-fi.The adjoining family room also has a TV/DVD player. Downstairs the king-size bedroom with its original grain sill has a large adjoining shower room. Along the cobbled hallway are two spacious twin bedrooms.The large bathroom has a freestanding roll-top bath and original slate floor. A private covered terrace with bbq looks out across the valley. Explore the picturesque harbours of Padstow and Port Isaac, build sandcastles, go rock pooling or try your hand at surfing at one of the many nearby beaches, discover the mystical Tintagel Castle, walk the picturesque SouthWest Coast Path and delve into the culinary delights that Cornwall is renowned for. Then return to your traditional stone cottage, rated 5* Gold and 4* Gold and relax; enjoy an evening walk around the 7 acres of gardens and grounds with expansive views, have a barbecue whilst watching the sun set over the valley or snuggle up in front of your wood burning stove with a glass of wine and a good book. Beautiful relaxing barn.

Lorraine and Graham were very welcoming and the views from the property were lovely. We really enjoyed our stay there and we were sorry to leave. We would definitely recommend.

Tredarrup is beautifully situated, near North Cornwall's coast and beaches, set amongst farmland with fantastic views across North Cornwall's Allen Valley. St Teath, the local village, has a newsagent, grocery store and a pub with good food. Within easy reach of the North Cornish Coast, surfing at Polzeath, sailing or fishing at Rock, sand castles at Daymer Bay, cycling along the famous Camel Trail, moorland and coastal walks. Nearby are Padstow, Boscastle, Bodmin Moor and the historic fishing village of Port Issac. Only 35 minutes from the Eden Project and 40 minutes from The Lost Gardens of Heligan.

We are located off the A39 near St Teath and Michaelstow, our nearest towns are Camelford, Wadebridge and Bodmin.
