Beautifully and modernly built and comfortable for self-catering accommodation, accommodates a standard occupancy of 12 people, maximum 16. Situated in the most prestigious location of High Ridge/Madliena. A beautiful location 5 minutes drive away from Paceville, Sliema and St.Julians and their surrounding promenade. High Ridge is also situated minutes away from the villages of St.Paul`s Bay and Bugibba which are best known for their beautiful and picturesque sea views. Villa Sunnyside enjoys a large living space, overlooking the pool area. Featuring also large games room and kids play area.

A sunny pool, sun loungers for chilling out and BBQ area. Nearby towns for entertainment are in Sliema, St.Julians offering clubs, cinema, restaurants, pubs, children's recreation area, lovely walks by the Spinola promenade, sandy/rocky beaches, shopping malls.

St Julians Initially a fishing village, later turned to a summer residence for wealthy locals and now developed into one of the Island's mostly fetched resorts for night life and entertainment, especially for the youngsters and the middle aged. Within walking distance to Paceville, this village still retains some of it's old dwellings and boat houses.

The small bay still shelters numerous colored Maltese boats that are berthed here all year long. St Julians derives it's name from the Patron Saint of hunters, St Julians is a village for all ages and walks of life. The young at heart will enjoy nearby Paceville - this locality offers much to tourists looking for night life entertainment, including discos, bars , Casino , restaurants and other entertainment.

Paceville Malta is very much a resort area, and has the largest concentration of restaurants, bars and clubs in Malta.

The location is quiet and residential. The local leisure and adverture activities and other local services are within easy reach on foot or 10 minutes by car. During the summer months the nearby locations are jam-packed with activites including watersports, sightseeing, and excursions. There is a Water, splash and fun park and the Mediterraneo for all the family. Beaches are located in St.George's Bay, Sliema and near Tigne Point. Ideal for long walks in the countryside. Beaches and water park and marine park can be reached by public transport which takes only 5 minutes drive away. Shops and daily needs can be reached on foot - 20 minutes the maximum to nearby village of Ta'Libragg where there are ATMS, 3 level multi storey supermarkets, car park, winery and spirits, churches, confectioneries and cafes.

The location is good,and you getting rest so quietly , not so far from any shops or night activities even by foot!

Fabulous holiday

The Villa was spotless. Couldn't fault it in any way. Ideally located up the road from Greens Supermarket which suited us as a group of 12. Bus stops were also ideally located. Trips into St. Julian's were about 10mins. David and Jane were great. Would definitely recommend and would definitely go back. We went for a wedding party for 7 days and it was the best holiday we've ever been on!

Spacious and enjoyable

Despite some surprises at our arrival (empty gas tank for the BBQ and no sponge in the kitchen, solved the next day by the manager), we spent a good time in the villa ! Nice pool, spacious living room and game floor.

We stayed here with 19 girls in the summer. The villa was very clean and all there was plenty of space for us. Only the outside pool terrace was a little small. David and Jane where very nice and sent us a handyman right a way when one of the lights did not work. I would recommend the villa for family's with children because of the big playground downstairs. Thank you for having us!

Clean, spacious and great customer service

10 of us stayed in this lovely villa in Feb 2016. It house was clean and tidy. Communication has always been great with David and we had a fantastic time in Malta and were very lucky with the weather too. The location is a bit out of the way but taxi's were 2Euros into Paceville which wasn't too bad. Overall, a lovely place and I would definitely stay again.

The place was exactly as described in the advert. All the facilities listed were functional and we encountered no issues with the villa itself during our stay.

Put bluntly, the environment was extremely tidy and plainly spotless.

The renter gave solid co-operation and in essence, gave a service which made it quite easy to settle that renting the place was very commendable.

The entire neighbourhood bordering the villa is simply stunning, and this all helped make our vacation even more enjoyable.

I strongly recommend staying at Villa Sunnyside, It was a very positive experience for us and I am sure that you will have the same experience.
