4 Bedroom home located 5 minutes from Downtown Glenwood Springs. 20 minutes from Sunlight Mountain, and 45 minutes from Aspen. The Main Bus Station is 4 blocks away and plenty of biking, hiking, rafting, close by, for whatever you are into.

Newly remodeled throughout home. Living Room is open to the Kitchen and Dining making it great for gatherings. Living Room has lots of seating with a wrap around couch. Kitchen is fully stocked with Pampered Chef Cookware and Stainless Appliances. Family Room and bedroom Downstairs to also have a seperate space. Come sit by the fireplace while you watch TV. Also outside is a Firepit Patio to enjoy at night or on a chilly day. Grill outside and eat at the outside Dining area. Play some Cornhole or yard sports outside as you look at the mountain view. Lots of board games for kids or adults and lots of mind teasers and puzzles.

If you're coming to enjoy Aspen save money by staying in Glenwood and only a 45 minute drive or bus ride to the Aspen Core. Don't miss out on the hot springs and everything else there is to offer in our beautiful valley. Family activities or adventure thrill seekers will find what they are looking for in Glenwood Springs.

Family friendly environment but works great for anyone with a large or small gathering. 5 beds total with a bunk bed for the kids. We also have a variety of toys and crafts for younger kids. A PlayStation for the older kids. And things like a pack and play, high chair, baby gates, and bouncer for the infants. 4 bedrooms, laundry, extra Family Room and Large Backyard, and lots of extras to make your stay more enjoyable.

Access to everything but the garage. Full Laundry Room. Kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking needs, including spices and condiments. Lots of extras to use in the shed for fun outside at the home or outside the home. Even a massage chair to sit and relax in.

You will feel right at home in this house and be close to everything Glenwood Springs has to offer.

Lovely home. great spaces for gathering and eating.

I hesitated to give this property the 5 star rating because it probably won't be available next time we need it, and felt it was deserved. If you are basing your holiday or visit out of Glenwood Springs with a group you cannot do better. Thanks much to out hosts for having most everything we needed .

Great house

Our family of 8 stayed here and we all loved the house. Kitchen was big and well stocked, plenty of games and comfy furniture. Host communication was great, I would definitely stay here again.

Nice place

Nice house with comfy beds, 2 huge common areas, and solid WiFi. Great place to stay with a large group and convenient getting to the Aspen. We didn't see a house number so just make sure you know what the exterior looks like when getting there.

Family get away

Very well equipped, good location, just like being at home.. only negative is there is only one thermostat and it is in the family room on entry level. The bedroom and family room was cold and the main part of the house was hot as the lower level was always heating and as heat rises the upper main level was constantly being heated.. if you like it hot, you will love the house! But over all, loved the house and we qould definitely stay again..

We are locals here in Glenwood who love our little city. We enjoy all the outdoor activities and all the great restaurants and things to do for kids. We love to camp, raft, Dip in the hot springs, and hit the slopes. Nothing better than a summer in Colorado.

Why they chose this property

This place is in a perfect spot in Glenwood. Nice quiet neighborhood but still in the center of town and everything you need is at your fingertips. Bus stop close by and plenty of hiking and biking paths. We are newly remodeling so every week something looks better than it did the week before. We love to cook so you will have everything you need to cook or bake a little something special while your on vacation. Last we take pride in having our house extremely clean and well put together. We really think about what the guests want in our house and not what we want.

What makes this property unique

Fireplace to burn some freshly cut pine indoors and a new fire pit patio to enjoy outside. Great backyard with a shady spot to rest. We have lived here for 12 years and unlike some locals we will tell you of some great local spots to explore. A Really great family house and we are willing to leave out some children things if you so desire.
