Vivendos - Penthouse, Solarium, Pool and Parking

Nice and bright attic. It has a private solarium terrace on the upper floor with access from inside the house, perfect for relaxing and sunbathing. It has a communal pool (open all year) and private parking inside the building. Availability of storage room next to the parking space on request. Well located near all services (bars, restaurants, parks, supermarkets, pharmacy, etc.) and 10 minutes walk from the beach.
WIFI, 40-inch Smart TV with satellite connection, hot and cold air conditioning, kitchen equipped with everything you need (hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle, toaster). Sofa bed in living room of 1.40 x 2 mtrs.

- Tivoli World, amusement and entertainment park, located approximately 1.3 km.
- Telespheric Benalmadena, allows you to climb Mount Calamorro located at 769 meters above sea level and spectacular views of the Costa del Sol, with show of birds of prey and several hiking trails, located 1.3 km. of the apartment.
- Arroyo de la Miel Center, with numerous bars and restaurants.

How to move
- Commuter train 12 min. on foot that connects in a few minutes with Malaga center (where you can visit: Picasso Museum, Tissen, Pompidur, Russian .., historic center, etc ...), airport, train station, Torremolinos and Fuengirola.
- You can also connect with these locations and others such as Marbella, Mijas and Benalmádena Pueblo (three typical Andalusian white villages) on a regular bus line.

Did not disappoint

Apartment was available for us earlier in the daythan expected. Very clean and in fantastic location for buses and trains and the beach - all were within 10 minutes walk. Bars and restaurants were plentiful and for all budgets. Irene from Vivendos was just a text or phone call away, and extremely helpful, especially when our return flight was cancelled. She made a room for storing our luggage available so we didnt have to drag them around with us.We have no hesitation in recommening this property and the agent

Great appartment

Location of the appartment was really good, appartment was everything that was promised and the roof terrace was the best. The service was excellent. Our flight was many hours late and still the host wait for us so we could get to the appartment althougt it was almost midnight!

We have stayed at this property a few times now and will be back ,great communication with owners befor and after arrival , what a great place to stay, fantastic roof terrace with everything you need right in the square, lots of places to eat around,we love paloma park this is 10 minutes away and so is the beach, looking forward to going back, apartment has everything you need lovely and clean. X

The apartment was as great as we remembered. Great facilities in a great location. The roof area is what makes the apartment extra special. Located close to everything you need with easy access to the train station for exploring. We were looked after this time by Irene abd her team. Always available if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend the apartment.
