Beautiful villa..spectacular views

  • 5 of 5

If it's possible...this looks even better in person! The views were simply breathtaking and the villa is very comfortable.

This trip was a surprise 50th birthday trip for my sister. I couldn't have chosen a better place. Three adults stayed here for a week and there was plenty of room.

The market downstairs was extremely convenient and allowed us to have some delicious home cooked meals during our stay. Fresh fish, cheese, bread, olives, flaky CROISSANTS and of course...wine!!! All found in the market. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils.

We used the bus line regularly and found the experience easy. There are a plethora of helpful brochures, guidebooks and bus line schedules (and books) on the book shelves. Thanks to everyone who added to the collection.

The keys are indeed plentiful but Pam does a great job of explaining each and the various colors and sizes help to remember which goes where... so it wasn't that bad at all.

Speaking of Pam...she was so very pleasant and responsive. Big THANK YOU to her for assisting us with finding transportation to and from the Nice airport and checking on us during our stay.

The laundry room was a helpful addition. I would add to one of the other recommendations of having washcloths along with the towels. (A minor thing.)

NICE is absolutely beautiful! Looking forward to returning to visit Nice and this Beautiful Villa and sipping wine on the terrace with those breathtaking views. I wish I could have packed up that natural light to bring home. It's amazing how powerful natural light really is. The place was so peaceful and homey. I miss it already!!!

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place this to others... I've already done so...

Enjoy!

Wow! What a Gem! Love this place! Wonderful!

  • 5 of 5

Everything about this property is simply wonderful! We usually stay around the Port area but decided on a change this time! Upon arrival we were stunned! This apartment is a hidden gem! You arrive to a little green door which leads into a lovely little garden with its own lemon tree.At the end is a stunning terrace overlooking the ocean! As soon as you enter it is flooded with light! Lovely & bright! From every room including the en suite bathroom there are stunning views of the sea.It is just heaven to wake up everyday & see the views. It is nice & roomy in every room, plenty of space & everthing you need.Unfortunately we experienced the Beast from the East so the weather was cold, we even had snow. This truely wonderful place made up for the disappointing weather. We did lots of walking! you can wander down through the garden or take the remarkable lift down into the bat cave as we named it.The lift is invaluable for the journey back up.You can easily walk down into the port & town, not far at all.We usually got the bus back for only one or two euros. There is a supermarket on the corner nearby which is very handy when eating in & there is an Italian Restaurant just across the road.I think we have found a place we will return to again & again.A real home from home! The Mont Boron area is very nice! Many thanks to Pam for arranging the airport taxis.

Awesome Apartment with Stunning Views

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I stayed at this property for 5 nights in May 2017. Working with the property manager, Pam, was seamless. She was very quick to respond. She met us upon arrival and gave us detailed instructions. The property is beautiful. The windows allow for stunning views of the sea and the city. It was very clean and contained all of the essentials. Before booking, you should consider the location. It is a 25 minute walk into old town Nice (where you will probably want to have dinner each night). We generally walked to dinner but took an Uber home. It cost about 9 euro each way which is reasonable. In exchange for the distance, you will have amazing views, a patio, and terrace. The property also has a parking spot which really was necessary for us given that we had a rental for 5 days. One downside to this property is the number of keys, fobs and door openers involved. We had to carry a large key ring with us and remember which of the 5 keys opened each door or gate. It was somewhat cumbersome. But, on the other hand, the property is very private and safe. The second downside is having to navigate through Nice traffic to visit sites to the west of the city (Antibes, Cannes, Vence, etc.). The traffic was very slow and difficult to navigate at times. In hindsight, we may have considered staying in Cannes to save drive time for at least a few nights.

I highly recommend this property if you don't want to be located directly in the city center.

Excellent view and location with plenty of room

  • 5 of 5

Stayed at this property for a week at the end of February. Pam was very helpful with setting things up. Excellent view and location! Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Nice. The property was very clean and there was more than enough room for two people. Parking is at a premium in Nice so we were glad to have a reserved spot for the rental car. Plenty of security for the property also. Loved watching all the activity on the coast and even the flights travelling in and out of Nice airport. If we return to Nice again in the future we will definitely be looking to stay here again.

Spectacular!!

  • 5 of 5

This apartment provides unparalleled spectacular views and elegant living a short distance from central Nice.

The marble floors and high quality furnishings give this apartment wonderful comfort and sophistication. The rooms are all large with amazing views out over the rocky cliffs and the Mediterranean Sea.

The walk to the Main Street (and grocery store) winds its way through a wonderful Mediterranean garden. There was also an elevator available to make the trip, but the walk through the garden was so enjoyable we took the stairs every time.

Several days we went for runs straight from the apartment exploring both the Mont Boron park as well as the coastline eastward. Both were amazing running routes that were safe and provided great views and a great workout.

We did the walk to and from town one day, but found that a little long to do every day, so took the car in on the other days and easily found parking in town.

We cooked in two nights and found the kitchen to be very well supplied with everything we needed. The BBQ was also in great shape and worked well.

We will definitely be back for our next visit to Nice!

Beautiful and quite - close to Nice - Highly recommendable

  • 5 of 5

We had a lovely stay at this quietly located luxury apartment on the cliff side overlooking the sea. The apartment has a beautiful little garden and terrace where we spent many evening enjoying the beautiful evening of the Cotes D'Azur. You feel like staying at a luxury hotel jet having your own place. The apartments is beautifully furnished and very well equipped with stunning views over the sea from all rooms. The bedrooms are very spacious and the bathrooms very nice.. We spent many hours walking down to town, only takes 25 minutes by foot and around the entire Mont Boron area, where you have beautiful views over Nice, the coastal line and towards Saint-Jean-Cap- Ferrets and Ville France. You have very thing you can desire for at this apartment – views, garden, and modern stylish furnished. The service provided from Pam, the caretaker was excellent – she was very responsive and helpful. We can highly recommend this place and we expect to be back soon
